This is the Tustin outlet of Ding Tea chain stores. When you walk in you order your items using their touch screens. I guess this saves the store from hiring a cashier. Quality of tea is pretty good and consistent. There is not much of a sit down experience since there is very limited seating and no outside seating either. This place is designed for you to order, pick up and go. Parking is plenty on the strip mall lot.

The screens were having issues,the lady working was kind & helped but can we bring back having actual people to order from too?Also the music had a lot of profanity & was very clubby for an afternoon atmosphere.I was here with my 3 kids, not cool.there is plenty of great music, no need to use curse words… especially in the dayIsn’t this supposed to be a family friendly place?

Went to this location today and asked about the vegan options. Staff said there were absolutely no options. Ended up ordering a fruit tea that come without milk normally and added the crystal boba. And it was good but I think other vegans should know you can't get a fully non-dairy milk tea here!

service is so bad, it was a young girl with black hair that took my order and she gave the worst attitude as if she didnt want to work there or want people there LOL. On top of that, drinks are more mid than other ding tea locations, I personally wouldnt recommend.

We stopped in to Ding Tea Tustin after eating Korean BBQ for dinner as it was close by. Parking is ample as it is in a big plaza/strip mall. This store is really small with only 2 tables inside so if they're taken, then the boba is going to-go! We've been here a couple of times and every time the service was so-so- they are busy so they aren't really attentive or friendly. Drinks were OK as well- nothing to write home about; even with the customizations, the drinks we had were a bit too sweet compared to the other Ding Tea locations we have tried.

I visit this location about once a month. The drinks are pretty good. What really lacks here are the following: 1. They want you to order off a touch screen. When you walk in, no one greets you as the employee is staring at their phone. Then after you order, YOU ARE FORCED TO PAY A 10 CENT CONVENIENCE FEE TO USE THEIR SYSTEM THAT SAVES THEM MONEY ON LABOR COSTS... 2. The furniture is dated and stained. 3. They kept the bathroom closed since COVID and lie by putting up a sign that says Restroom Isn't Working. Management should take a closer look at these three aspects. Especially when charging $6 a drink for tea/water/ice. There's lots of competition cropping up all around Tustin and you don't want to lose customers to other nearby outfits.
This passion fruit green tea is soooo flavorful and good. Highly recommend this refreshing tea. My first time trying their products. My daughter surprised me...she used Doordash

i came here to get boba on 12/26/23 at 4:05 pm as i was craving star fruit jelly since no other store i know of sells it. every single time i come here, the service gets worse and worse. i wanted to get five star points so my partner and i waited to be helped at the counter for a couple of minutes while the workers gossiped about their relationship issues. we were finally helped out by a girl wearing a claw clip. she glared at us and was very rude to us while taking our order. the drinks itself was pretty good that's why i gave two stars but considering all the bad experiences i've had in the past few months, i'm not sure if i'll be returning.

Love the boba teas here. Seating areas inside is comfortable too. Don't be disappointed, there's no outdoor seating. Located closer to San Juan St. in the strip mall. Lots of parking is a plus!

Love coming to this place whenever I'm craving boba. The vibes are great and love the music (might not be fitting for some people but in my opinion it's good). Drinks are delicious, I've tried many of their drinks and have had no problems with any of them at all. Service is great. Everybody there is very nice and welcoming especially Selena. She is my go to employee. Anytime I go there I ask for her and she's never let me down. Selena makes my experience at ding tea outstanding. She is the reason I come back even when I'm broke. I just can't get enough of this place! 10/10 would recommend to anyone
