My coworkers and I went to this restaurant for lunch today and we had a chance to meet Facundo Lopez, Service Expert extraordinaire. ❤️He is a very sweet man who made sure we were comfortable during our meal. He checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed.He kept himself busy sweeping and straightening the restaurant and seemed to take great pride in his work.We had a lovely time, thanks to Facundo. He is an asset to your restaurant.

A clean and chill place to get some lunch with friends or family. I go in often because the employees are always laughing and making the place inviting. I’ve seen lots of people come and go but this team is very happy and it makes customers happy. The chicken breast is juicy and the Cole slaw is the best!

Nice and friendly service especially for a drive thru. Food was ready fairly quick and still tasted great and fresh. Alicia was also very sweet at the window. They did forget my extra gravy however even though it was repeated to me over the speaker.

Food is typical of El Pollo Loco. When done correctly, their chicken is juicy and flavorful. But this location can be a bit lazy, so be sure to check your bag thoroughly if you're getting your food to go as they like to leave things out. Every time I've ordered from here it's missing smaller, but important things like silverware, napkins, the dressing for salads, the salsa for the chips, etc.

I came to try the new fit bowls since I began a diet a friend at work told me about these bowls and just wanted to say my meal was incredibly good I can get this food every day without worrying about breaking the diet or going over calories since the food is very healthy and on top of that the service is great employees made you feel awesome as soon as I walked in I was greeted, the restaurant also looked very neat and clean.
