Sore to outside was open whole time I was there, and my group was seated right next to it, so the whole time cold wind is blowing into us! What kind of service is that, we were freezing !

usually an alright chain, but the waiters and host had poor customer service, genuinely and DELIBERATELY ignoring customers after directly acknowledging them; rush dinner hours truly show the incapabilities of this chain’s staffing and organization. Understandably, hosting will not be rapid during rush hours to but to ignore a party of 5 while another party cuts in line (their check in time was literally 30 mins after ours while having the same group size) is atrocious and reflects the lack of care of this chains’s customer service.

The food was really good . Service was horrible they took forever to bring out food. And when we asked for hot sauce, they never brought it out, and we asked 3 times till we asked the bus boy, and he was a great guy even brought us napkins . Our server didn't pay attention to us. It just looked like chaos .kept trying to upsell us and beer when they were already taking foreverour food .

Nice place, service was alright but our server forgot about us a couple times. Portions are also small so ask for double your order. Short ribs were our tables favorite order.I had the smoke from the burner in my face the whole time so that was fun.

This establishment presents an exceptional offer of $30 for unlimited access to their menu, making it an outstanding Korean BBQ destination. The quality of the food is remarkable, complemented by the hospitality of the staff. When compared to Gyukaku, the Japanese counterpart, it stands out as a more affordable option without compromising on the dining experience.

This was the worst experience possible EVER!! I have been here multiple times yes service sucks but I still get to enjoy what I come to eat. This time was HORRIBLE we got seated and they brought out a plate of brisket and was still missing my steak..brought my drinks 30 minutes after and then the rice. Waited for another 30 minutes..i tried ordering brisket and they say they’re out so I said ok then let me get a steak 15 minutes later they say we’re out of steak and all beef. I do not eat chicken and I do not eat pork for religious reasons. When I tell the “manager” he says we were expecting rain so we didn’t enough but how is that an excuse. I said you should have said something before seating people it’s ridiculous that you’re charging me for 2 people!! When I can’t even eat half of the things on there!! I asked for someone to speak to and he said he didn’t have the number. It has been a horrible experience!!

Always short staffed. Food is good but the two managers attitudes are horrible and they need to sharpen their customer service skills. I had to ask for straws FOUR times. The first time I asked the manager who had straws on his tray, in which he could’ve given us those. Also, I’m constantly having to send plates and trays back because they’re dirty. This place is also dangerous where the knobs are. I injured my knee trying to scoot out of the booth. Of course no employee asked me if I was okay. Also, look at the bill. They charged us dinner prices at lunch time. I think I’m going to stop going to this location and take that extra drive to Cerritos where the customer service and food is spectacular.

Two words: Woo Beasal, but the Ssamjang, though, and the Samgyubsal and the Beef Bulgogi and the Spicy Pork Bulgogi and the Galbi and the salad and the matcha salt… man, this place is so good…

This place used to be really good but their menu has changed for the worst. The KFC is not KFC. It is frozen Foster Farms looking nuggets breaded like American frozen fried chicken. No more volcano chicken. The Hawaiian steak tastes way different than it used to, and not for the better. The place has just gone downhill. A year ago I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. Now, I recommend not to go here. There's better in the area for the same price, if not cheaper. We also only ever saw one of the 3 hot items we ordered.
