Went in here and the workers looked pissed off that I wanted to order. There were only 3 other customers and they had already ordered. The sandwich was good but $15 for a small little thing? You got to be kidding me. Also the person who took my order looked like he was ready to end me. I've never been more intimidated by a teenage boy. I will not be returning. Service was traumatizing.

Good sandwiches, lots of options. They're all large size, no option for 1/2 or some smaller portion. I'd go back for sure.

Disappointed that this is the closest Ike's of where I live because I know my craving will only be mildly satisfied. This location is not as good as the ones that I have in the Bay because the sandwich fillings are very little for a sandwich I'm paying $12-13 for. My favorite is "We're Just Friends" and usually I can only eat half and save the rest for later in the day but whenever I come here I can finish the whole sandwich for lunch which should say something.

Bummed because I really love Ike's, but we walked out after waiting for almost 10 mins with no acknowledgement from the (overwhelmed) staff. They were preparing a huge pickup order and completely ignored customers in the line. Maybe consider putting a dollar or quantity limit on orders during high traffic times.

FIVE STARS, my friend! The sandwiches are exquisite. I am always on the hunt for new shops that have vegan or vegetarian items. This sandwich shop was so good that I returned 3 times in one week (no judgement, right?!). I highly recommend trying the Dutch Crunch bread on any sandwich. I tried the "sneaky kitty" and the "sometimes I'm a vegetarian" sandwiches. When I bit into the sneaky kitty (vegetarian bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich) for the first time, I had to check and double check that I was not eating real bacon. The sandwich is packed full of flavor. If you are newly vegetarian, you will definitely not miss bacon when eating this. The "sometimes I'm a vegetarian" sandwich tastes like you've visited an Italian deli to get the sandwich. It includes artichoke hearts, mushrooms, pesto, provolone cheese, and any additional veggies you decide to add. So good! Not only does this shop have vegan and vegetarian options, they have options for regular meat eaters! I sent my brother and sister-in-law here and they both raved about their sandwiches and said they would return. I have ordered my sandwiches to-go each time but the staff have all been helpful and kind when I enter to pick up my order. Try these sandwiches! You won't be sorry!

I placed a pick up order on a Saturday night for 6:15. I went to pick it up at 610 and had to wait about 5 minutes for any service. There were 2 young boys sitting in the back blaring music, not paying attention to the other customer and I. Me and the other customer just stared at each other awkwardly because we didn't know what to do that no employee was there lol. I finally got my sandwich after about 5 minutes of these kids just sitting around. I'm eating it now and it is sooo soggy and cold. The cream cheese was laid on obnoxiously thick. It's evident they made the order as soon as they got the ticket for it instead of preparing it to be fresh at the time of my pick up. Really terrible sandwich and really bad service sadly. Normally I love this place, I frequent this location often. But lately the sandwiches have been off. Really hit or miss. Tonight was a big miss.

Pretty pretty good, for my foray to this place. A friend mentioned that she'd eat at Ikes, up North, so I assumed that they were a NorCal feature. Fortunately, they're here as well, so I thought I'd give it a try.I got the ExGF or some nonsense sandwich, which had a avocado, Gouda, halal chicken (which is why I wanted to try it) and some other stuff. It was very good, quite filling, and I only ate half. I'll certainly be trying the other halal options and probably the vegan ones in the future.

Selective menu but anything you get is great. Amazing service. Always clean and has cute names for sandwiches. Every sandwich is packed with flavor!

Wow I was really impressed.... First time here. My sandwich was delicious. Service was great.. my only negative was that this spot looks a little run down. We are not from the area but I would definitely be back. Thank you.

TLDR: If you're indecisive or are frightened by reading, then make sure to prepare yourself before stepping inside. The unavoidable purple and busy menu may be a scary experience. The sandwiches themselves are alright but barely worth the mental battle. - - - - - - I stopped by Ike's for maybe the first time (in my life) ,and I have to admit that stepping inside was scary - not the "first time" but moreso the busyness. The inside was spacious, and you have to walk all the way to the end of the restaurant to order. Imagine being at the throne of a villain in a movie scene; that's similar to the feelings that rushed into me. Purple walls (rather than staff members) greet you, and the walls were intimidating alone because of the out-of-order menu numbers with the endless combinations of what seemed like 20-30 ingredients. Needless to say, I looked stunned, eyes glued to the wall. I almost left, but I was already in at this point, so I browsed some Yelp photos and settled on a Dunch Crunch Robin Williams. I enjoyed the mix of halal chicken, Italian dressing, mushrooms, and pepperjack cheese. Lettuce and tomatoes were included. The sandwich itself was tasty, though the yellow and purple theme of the restaurant was more memorable than the sandwich itself.
