This place has some of the friendlies cashier's in the fast food industry. Everytime they greet me with a "hello friend" the food is consistently good. They also have a variety of sipping sauces and drinks.
I came through the drive thru and asked for French toast sticks when I asked the lady to keep them in the fryer a little longer because they are always raw on the inside when I get them. She said no and proceeded to give me raw French toast sticks. I never have an issue with this request at any other Jack in the box !

Visited Jack in the box #3275, at Edinger, next to the Tustin Train Station, and planned to use a coupon discount. They do not honor the coupon outright, to received it, one must telephone to receive a code and return to claim the discount. What a disappointment and letdown. Not worth the time and effort. This location seems to be failing on all fronts. Poor pubilc relations. NEVER AGAIN.

No drinks refilled, service is terrible, like they're forced to help you and bathrooms are disgusting. Workers just stand around talking about their personal business at the front desk. This is why we raised their wages?

I went to Jack in the box and the doors were locked. The sign said open and I seen workers inside but no one would come to the door. I knocked harder and louder and the workers looked at me but no one would help me. Cars were going through the drive thru so I walked to the drive thru to find out what was going on and they continued to ignore me. They would not let me know why the doors were locked to get inside and they would not tell me at the window. I'm parked in a lot nearby for an event and the parking says no in and out parking so I walked to Jack in the box. In addition, I had to call the number over 40 times for a worker to finally answer and even then, they wouldn't tell me why the dining area was closed. Based on the call that was finally answered an hour later, I believe the horrible workers names were Ruth or Estella. This is the worst service I have EVER experienced! As a person, common courtesy says to let the person know why the doors are locked during open hours not ignore them for over an hour!

I went on Friday Nov 3rd and they were quick and the food was made perfectly. Their prices have gotten a little high but thats not this location's fault. Restaurant was decently clean other than a loose fry here and there. Only complaint would be the soda fountain was outta syrup for a bit of things. Overall my experience was uplifting and tasty.
