While the smoothies are still good, they are way overpriced for what you get now. They used to be one of our favorite spots, but with inflation, its one more thing I cant justify purchasing.
store was super clean but our smoothies tasted like ice. we got two protein berry workouts and one aloha pineapple, all three tasted like ice. as a former Jamba Juice employee, I know how drinks are supposed to taste and these were NOT made to standard. the guy who made our smoothies was listening to music on his AirPods and obviously didn't make the drinks to standard. would love to see an imporbement in customer connection and beverage quality.

I would rate the location a 4.5. Super clean area, large parking lot... upscale location with down to Earth ? people. We arrived super early, and my daughters were attended by quickly and with a good attitude ?. Always provide delicious drinks and perfect kicknacks for the road. Ample space, with places to sit and enjoy the visit.

It's not a very crowded plaza so it's nice to be in and out the times I've gone. Clean storefront. Drinks have been consistent for me every time and they are very accommodating and friendly with requests whenever I've asked.

I was here earlier today - a hot Friday late morning - with my 2 little kids looking for a refreshing summer treat. The two young ladies working behind the counter was nothing short of amazing! I feel awful having not learned their names, but they were super patient in helping the kids decide on a choiced flavor, size and even more kind when we had a major spill, making a mess. Major kudos to these ladies for their superb customer service and attention to detail. They have made at least these 3 people's day today!

Although I love your smoothies, I hadn't been in so long. Menu has changed, couldn't tell the prices, and when I inquired, I was told to look at the menu for what I was trying to order. So NOT helpful! No one smiled when we walked in or greeted us. We were the only ones in there, so they weren't even busy. When my drink was ready, the dark haired girl, said "Your drink is ready, and it's over there (pointing)!" When I got my drink and looked at the floor behind the counter, it was filthy. I won't be going back, needless to say.

always great service and kind workers but there use to be this one person who worked here, that always went above and beyond for the customers! she had blue hair and was very short, she perfected the artistry of making jamba juice. i miss her. just reminiscing.

This is the third time I've come to this Jamba Juice and the server Bri is always so freaking rude. Like my goodness, the first time her and other coworkers were on their phones and made us wait a few minutes because they were watching TikTok's. Then the second time, I ordered a white and red gummy and Bri had made two white gummy's instead. Which naturally resulted in me asking for a new one to be made. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and gave attitude. Now for what happened today, when we came in she had been blatantly hostile. No greetings or anything, just so rude. "What do you want, it will be__". She had also taken a phone order during our order and was so rude to the person on the phone as well! Then when she hung up the phone, she rolled her eyes and made fun of the phone customer to her coworker, RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. The first two times, I had chalked it up to possibly catching her on a bad day but now it just seems as though she's just a rude individual. Ya'll need to either train your staff better or higher better staff. She's terrible and creates such a hostile environment. The drinks aren't worth dealing with her attitude. We'll no longer be returning to this Jamba Juice.

This employee was super rude. She was so Unprofessional. I wanted to raise my voice at her for the horrible service. I went and saw the lights turned off when the store wasn't closed until 8. I asked if the store was open and she rudely said yeah! She tried to make my drinks quick and didn't even give me the drinks. I had to reach over to get them nor did she provide us with the straws. Didn't say anything and walked away. I will be reporting this to business bureau Feb 8th, 2023 at 7:19
