Man, terrible experience. Besides feeling like i just wasted 15.00 The young woman at the front was very defensive or in a bad mood. She didn't want to explain what the spice levels were so i got medium spice....man that was not medium as a lover of spice that was pure heat. I dont understand how anyone could call that medium spice. I couldn't enjoy the meal, destroyed my sinuses, no flavor just heat. Im convinced it was the wrong one and they gave me higher than medium. Also 3.00 for a small can of pepsi. (That i needed to cool my mouth) I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you do go dont get any "spice" .as a curry lover this sucks to have to write this, but this is probably the worst curry ive had in so-cal. It tastes seems like its just instant curry. Meat was tough and dry!! Zero crisp to thr meat.Total rip off. 100% gross you can tell there is zero effort with the 2 employees left to figure it out....Do yourself a favor go to "curry-do" wayyyy beter same pricesIts right down the street.

Ordered DoorDash and was not super impressed with the food. Ordered oyako Don, katsu curry and egg salad sandwich. Although the katsu in the curry and the ouyako were good, fried very nicely, the rest of the dishes were very mediocre. It’s something maybe you can find someone make at home. Egg was overdone and flavorless. Curry tasted like it came from a packet.I did no try the egg salad sandwich but my wife was very not impressed and hardly touched it.Vegetarian options: Portobello mushroom mushroom looks interesting

For fast food tasting katsu, this might be it. But if you are looking for quality and taste - this isn't really the place. Everything seemed microwaved - which wasn't what we were hoping for today. The katsu sanwich was good, the katsu had thick cuts of meat, but everything lacked flavor unfortunately. Service was good bc we ordered in a computer and bussed our own dishes lol!

You should put up some signage if you can't eat outside literally 10 feet away from your front door. End of story.Sir, if your business acumen is so fragile that you are willing to lose paying customers business over the possibility that those same PAYING AND RETURNING customers may steal your Amazon.com silverware, then clearly these 20+ 1-star rated reviews for a relatively new business in the area speaks for itself. You had an opportunity to handle this by apologizing for your manager's unprofessionalism, but clearly you want to just expose your really bad customer service publicly with such an arrogant response.Makes sense why your manager treats people this way, as I always say, customer service starts from the top down. My business has nothing but 5 star reviews btw. You should humble yourself and read up on modern business practices cause interactions such as this can really negatively affect your business. Buyers beware!

Came here for Katsu and service and food were good. Wish they could have given me more curry bc not enough for three rice. The Katsu is juicy and thick with a lovely texture. A meal is about 14-15 which is a little high considering without a drink and a fast food type. But at least better than regular fast foods

I came in November for their BOGO entree deal and ordered the chicken katsu plate (spicy). What I liked:The portions were very generous. It came with two types of pickles and an arugula salad, which gave the dish some complexity. The workers were friendly and the food came out quick. What I didn't like:They got my order wrong and gave me pork instead of chicken. :( I still ate it since I don't hate pork and was just trying to be healthier. The curry sauce is good but not as flavorful and rich as I expected it to be

I thought i gave K bar a shot . Presentation 5 stars.Pork breaded for perfection. Would of gave it 4 stars. But white rice consistency is off . Steam rice watery. Overall not bad . Just work on the steamer .

Got the promotion for bogo before the end of the month so I came in and was told that it’s no longer available with no explanation.

We went here due to the promo and I'm so glad we did! The customer service was amazing; the person who got our order was so understanding that it was our first time and helped us with recommendations from the menu! Due to the current promotion, be careful of rushes! We thankfully got there before the rush so we didn't have to wait long for our meal. Parking was fairly easy since the area had a ton of parking.Until the end of November, it's buy one get one free so we each ordered two items. We got the Rosemary Katsu Sando W/ Waffle Fries ($15), Hot Chicken with Waffle Fries ($15), Spicy Black Garlic Udon with Katsu ($16) & Tender Plate ($16). It was good but the Katsu was a bit dry in my opinion. I didn't really like mustard aioli but that was my own preferences. The sandwich was delicious, so if I were to come back, I would definitely get that. The Spicy udon was so much more spicy than I thought, so I wouldn't recommend if you can't handle spice. The portions were huge and we were able to take home the leftovers.
