I learned about the Kolache Factory years ago at one of my workplaces. We ended up loving them so much I began periodically taking in Kolaches to my future workplaces and sometimes even to brunches. Personally, I prefer the breakfast Kolaches with eggs. They don't skimp on the filling so one of these can keep you satiated well into the day. We recently had Kolaches brought into work for breakfast and they were pretty tasty so i decided to get some over the weekend with the family. I wanted to try more than just the breakfast ones. I placed the order online and picked them up later. We ended up getting 12 I think, and a variety of most of the flavors they had. Our favorites were the brisket, the spinach and the enchilada.
