I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. when I I need a decent supper, this place comes instantly to my head. fresh and varied food and a large list of dishes.trained team, and good mood. “Long overdue review - I highly recommend this local service. Great value for the busy F/T working mom looking for healthier and convenient alternatives. I've been using Dream Dinners since February right before everything with COVID-19 exploded. I was skeptical but a teacher friend referred me and I haven't looked back since. I have used Blue Apron and otherwise used to eat/take out 95% of the time even with a young family. Here are the biggest factors for why I appreciate Dream Dinners: 1. Time = 15-30minutes prep at most. Sometimes 5min. - my dinner is usually on the table in 30-40min depending if I decide to do more variety of sides. Usually 30minutes. - time saver since I'm not having to figure out what to cook, and what ingredients to buy compare to making it on your own and answering the every-mom-hated-question "what's for dinner" - Blue Apron used to take me a good 1hour prep and cooking at the same time like a mad woman. It was stressful when you have little ones running around the same time so I said no more to that after a year. 2. Flavor/Quality= There are some items better than others and I have some favorites like the Kentucky Pork Chop and the Chocolate Chip cookies. My family gets varied dinners daily. I hate eating the same thing every week. I can't tell you if they use organic ingredients but good quality = good flavor and I like majority of the items I get. 3. Cost = not outrageously pricey but not cheap. You're getting a service so, yeah, you should pay for it and it's worth it. if you love cooking and that whole creative process, this is going to be more expensive than if you went and bought ingredients yourself and create your own dishes. Back in the day, I used to try cooking new things; it was a pain for planning and buying ingredients that I may use once in a year or I'd end up throwing out excessive ingredients. It was such a waste. This place has been a big win in my book and when things got crazy with COVID-19 in March, I was relieved that I had a local service like this. Staff is great - Sam is really nice. I can text message them which is convenient.“

“Great healthy, fresh, food at a great price! Easy to order, and even better, only need to order a couple days ahead of time (unlike several meal companies where you have to order over a week out!) So many options on places to pick up - this place makes everything so easy on you! Great variety and food is delicious“

Nothing compares to Amani's meals in excellence of flavor, presentation, quality and freshness of ingredients all with superior customer service and timely delivery options. Thankfully, I came across Healthy and Fresh Meal Prep and my life has changed for the better. “My go-to is the monster bowl medium spice, with tuna and salmon. I definitely recommend adding the avocado. It's worth the Upcharge.The portions are really good, and the fish always tastes fresh. There is a good selection of toppings as well. I would definitely recommend it as a quick lunch spot.“

“Little inconspicuous cafe with everything from espresso to pizza and Greek yogurt parfait. Hamburger on the grill was the first thing I smelled. They told me it was for the pizza, so I went with that. Pizza with hamburger and garlic was wonderful. Pizza crust 10/10. Will be back.“

“For someone who is always on the go and in a calorie deficit, this is my favorite spot to grab meals to go. The macros are easily listed and the ingredients are high quality/organic. I love coming here! The smoothies are also incredible and filling.“
