I went there for the comments, but I was fooled! Except that the garlic-fried large intestine tastes good, it’s hard to say anything else. It has neither taste nor appearance, and the portion is very small. I really don’t know how you get those reviews that say it’s so delicious that it makes you cry. ! The service is even worse ?. When the food is served, you just put it down on the table or in the corner and turn around and leave. You are cold-faced and ignore me. It’s not worth even one star!

The place was only 50% occupancy when they crammed 5 of us to a four persons table..the waitress had a way to turn down any requests. I.e. my guest asked for a fork or knife to serve the whole pork hock , she refused and said it’s tender enough that will fall apart. The whole time the dishes were crowded on this tiny table. Very nerve racking that something would fall off the table. The meatballs were like starch balls. Other foods were average.I do not recommend this place.

I rarely comment online, but I couldn't help but do it today. I searched it on Google and saw many people commenting on the authentic Beijing cuisine. I went there with the intention of giving it a try. It really lived up to my expectations. The two of us ordered the sweet and sour pork loin, garlic sausage, and fried cauliflower recommended by others. They are all really delicious and the portion size is just right. This is the first time in the 5 years since I came to the United States that I have eaten stir-fry that I want to come back to eat again.

Went for my take-out order pick up. The restaurant served dine-in order foods first with priority for those who came in and ordered after I had gone in. My order came out 15 min late for this reason. A total of 35 min wait to pick up 1 simple dish and 1 appetizer. No “thanks for waiting” when the lady knew I was sitting and waiting in the restaurant for 35 min. She just put my take-out on my table and walked away. Should be an OK place for dine-in, but not take-out.

The most authentic Chinese food I've had in SoCal! I came here with my family and we loved everything that we ordered. I highly recommend the braised pork and the spicy Szechuan chicken. 10/10 would come back again!

I think it is the best Beijing restaurant in this area. This is one of my go-to restaurant when I am hungry. I tried almost every dish in this place and they all taste boom.

A small restaurant serving food with excellent flavors. We ordered Steamed Cold Noodles w/ Sesame Sauce, Sichuan Spicy Chicken, Meat Pie, Pork Hock in House Special Sauce, Sautéed Ground Pork Cabbage with Vermicelli, Stir-fry Cauliflower for 6 people and left feeling full.Service was excellent, all the staff were super friendly.

It's a very decent and authentic Northern China style restaurant and you can find many rarely founded dishes here than anywhere else. We went at a dinner time so the food came a little bit slowly, and the service is just fine. We really like the stir fry assorted vegetables and flat beans with pork. They both tasted delicious and good to eat with white rice.We actually came here for the dough drop soup-- a very special comfort food for people from the North China. It's made of tomatoes and flour.

Food is good, which is why it got an extra star. But everything else is subpar. Waited for like an hour for my food. If you come at peak time get ready for a long wait cuz their kitchen is slooow. Service was nonexistent also. Overall experience was not very good.

Great authentic Chinese food! Been coming here for a few years. Favorite Chinese restaurant in the area, my go-to when I don't know what to eat.

Best Bejing restaurant I’ve been to in great LA area. The food is authentic, reminding me of my college years in Beijing. The homestyle dishes are satisfying.Parking: plenty of free parking lots

Possibly the best Beijing restaurant in the area, nothing fancy, just what you will see in an ordinarily family dinner table. Some flaws, but won't overshadow the meal. Limited menu, but they make everything from scratch and everything taste great. There are differences in some dishes compared to what I'm used to having when growing up, but each chef do it differently, and everything on the menu is at least a safe bet to try, even without fully agreeing with the dish, you won't be disappointed.I personally recommend the Braised Pork Spareribs(手撕大排),Dough Drop Soup(疙瘩汤), Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin(糖醋里脊), Beijing Style Noodles(老北京炸酱面), for the noodles, make sure to ask for double portions of soybean paste, one isn't enough to cover the whole bowl. For a small and busy place like this, don't expect too much service such as checking on the table of how's everything doing, if you need anything just wave at the waiters and they will come to you, and whatever you're asking will be fulfilled quickly.
