Im in line and there is like 5 people behind me. And only one person working that takes forever to make the drinks. They need more staff. Especially in the evenings.

The dude at the front was extremely nonchalant and unhelpful. Quality of boba is mid...it tasted old. The customer service set the tone for my drink, unfortunately the hot boba was more like lukewarm and even though I asked for half sweet, it was still super sweet.

The boba tea was nothing out of the ordinary here-- tasted very standard and not a big fan of the boba texture. It was sorta dense? That being said, super cute decorations inside & aesthetic wall for a mini photo op. Can see this as a good spot to hang out with friends!

I ordered Green Milk Tea with Boba. The tea was made fresh, unlike other stores which made the tea from powders.The barista (speaks Vietnamese) was very friendly and asked for direct feedback when I tasted the tea.Would definitely come back!

I got the regular milk tea and matcha milk tea. No boba. It was good! Pretty much what you'd expect. I do feel bad throwing away the cups; didn't notice a recycle symbol -- wasn't looking hard enough, maybe.My cousin dropped it off so I can't comment on service.
This place looked fairly new so we opted to try it out. It had a cute ambiance on the inside, very picturesque. We wanted to try their specialty so ordered the:- Nguyen Family Milk Tea (3/5): tea itself was decent but wasn't a big fan of all the extra toppings in it, it was excessive - Milk Tea w/ boba (3/5): I liked this one a lot better because quality was tastier Overall, it was pretty decent but a little pricey.

I love the vide of this place! It's very cutely decorated. They were super understaffed when I went, but the woman who made my drink was really nice and made my drink quickly. I got a wintermelon green tea, and the tea itself was very good, but the boba was all stuck together in one big clump and had a really weird, unappetizing texture. I probably wouldn't come back for the boba, just for the tea.
