Bagels here are really good! It's a beautiful bagel shop.There is an employee here who must work on her customer service. She is in the kitchen, and boy her body language and customer service are bad. Staff does not wear name tags, but she has grown out blonde hair and a heavy set, and she is there during lunch hours. I would rate 5 stars if it wasn't for her customer service!

Came here on a Sunday close to closing.The breakfast bagels were great. Flavorful and tasty. The cashier, a nice lady, told me about a promotion with 2 free bagels on the receipt.I redeemed the promotion while waiting in store. She then gave me 12 bagels, on the house. Definitely because they had leftover inventory but it was still a nice gesture.I've now been here a few times and every time has been pleasant.

Need to hire more people. 14 minutes for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Backed up with call in orders, but didn't say it would be a wait when I ordered.

Claim to be open until 7 pm. I guess not today. This place is a joke. People inside cleaning up won't help. Rather throw away bagels than sell them. Last time.

I used to order through their app frequently but got tired of waiting 45 minutes for a bagel. On top of it, no point in asking for it to be toasted because it never is...seems this place doesn't have a toaster? Edit: They told me to contact them and gave me 2 free bagels, picked one up today and it was also not toasted. Will try again, but that's 0/2...

Why such a bad review? One word: customer service. The bagel was actually amazing! I had a very simple order on a Tuesday morning. I had just done a fasting blood draw next door at Quest and wanted to get something to eat. I ordered an egg white and cheddar cheese breakfast sandwich on a toasted sesame seed bagel. That's it. When I excitedly opened my bagel at the counter, there was no cheese! I immediately informed the lady who handed it to me and she said "no you only ordered an egg sandwich". When I said no, she then checked the monitor and said "oh yeah, well I can't touch your food once I hand it to you, here's a slice of cheese" and gave me a slice of cold cheese in an envelope!? I asked if she could reheat it with the cheese, she said again "I can't touch your food now" and just turned around. Frustratingly being ignored when there was literally no other customer there, I dumbfoundedly went back to the cashier and said "look I didn't get what I ordered and don't want a cold slice of cheese". The cashier just looked at me ... Then another (third) employee came up and said "OK give it to me and we will throw it away and remake it" Finally I returned to the pickup counter and the first woman remade my bagel while glaring at me and practically threw the sandwich at me with so much attitude! Yikes! I quickly ate my sandwich and left. I was planning to also buy a dozen bagels too but just ran out of there! Please provide your employees with better customer service training! At least one apology would have gone a long way! Very disappointing. I'm loathe to return.

My husband and 1 went in for a breakfast bagel. There was no one In line, and I felt I was being Rushed to order. I have only been once before years ago, so I was looking over all of the bagel options, then moved onto read the menu for the breakfast sandwiches, all the while the cashier seemingly impatient to get my order, I felt very uncomfortable and rushed to order. Instead of asking if I wanted to add any additional bagels to my order (upselling) she rattled my total off and I replied I'd like to get some extra bagels, I got 1/2 dozen again, she seemed irritable and impatient.. she did ask if I wanted Any cream cheese which I was getting, again, gave us our total, before she even knew If I was grabbing 1 tub or 5!!! Now I'm annoyed, because I wasn't done, nor was I asked if she could get me anything else... feeling like I'm bothering her, I asked if I could get a strawberry strudel, and because she was rushing (let me reiterate there were no other guest in the line) , she charged me for a strawberry cream cheese and said I could grab it, i was confused and I asked how do I grab it, it's behind the glass!! That's when she said oh I thought we're getting a strawberry cream cheese. ((Not listening, just rushing me)) At this point I'm very put off by the service, or lack thereof. We sat to wait for our breakfast sandwich, it came out quickly. I ordered the BLT breakfast bagel, there was barely a dab of cream cheese, while my husbands was oozing out of his sandwich, and the "thick sliced bacon" is hardly that, it looks like thin sliced precooked bacon you buy and microwave, my husband's sandwich was suppose to have both ham and bacon, he got maybe an end of a piece Of bacon. The store was warm and quiet, which was nice, but staff and quality of food needs a lot of work. This is a breakfast and lunch spot, people come in for coffee and a bite To eat, why not be cheerful when they arrive... the staff should be welcoming, smiling and helpful. It could make a difference in someone's day! Not only would I make sure my staff is friendly and welcoming, but also upselling, asking if they can get you or interest the guest in anything else, like Bagels to take to the office? Or a muffin" , just something to make it more welcoming... The vibe is not good! I would not return or recommend to my family or friends.

Been meaning to review this place for quite some time! I live for the Challah rolls made here!! They are super delish! In fact, I drive from Main Street HB to get these whenever I can! So why the 3 stars.. well.. their customer service SUCKS!!! The young lady at the ordering counter is beyond rude and pretty much makes me question why it is that I go all the way out to them for something I could get closer to home. Would be nice to get my coffee without the side of rudeness it comes with every time.
