I can't believe it he didn't know what he was doing , he took my order I was waiting for about 30 mins to get my food and then he gave it to me a wrong order , the food looked disgusting , I will never come back to this place with a Drunk chef and this kind of disgusting food .

This place has the best HawaiianFoid I have ever eaten. They are so fast and kind and will bring your food to you

Was delivered the BBQ mix and upon arrival the food had a bad smell to it. When opening the box I encountered rubbery chicken and beef that was about 80% fat. Not too sure what was with the macaroni salad but it tasted like a ball of mayonnaise. Very poor quality, could not eat the food without feeling sick.

So I came here on accident because the Flame Broiler in the same parking lot was closed. I ordered the Sesame Chicken and waited for my food while I checked it on Yelp. So now I'm reading reviews and I'm scared to death thinking the food was gonna be trash because of all the negative reviews.. But the food was actually very good.. Literally I have no complaint at all. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars because it took a little while for the guy to acknowledge me and take my order even though I was the only customer there at the time.. Other then that, It's a Go

Food and service was at best mediocre. The restaurant is not clean and the quality of food isn't too great. I should have read reviews first.

What a disappointment! My family loves Hawaiian BBQ and this one is closer to us than most so I tried it tonight. Price was around the same as others over on Bristol so I guess I thought it would be similar. The meat itself was tender and pretty good. I ordered two beef and a seafood combo with pork. Portions were smaller than others but here is why only one star:The picture on the menu of the seafood combo shows two filets of fish, four shrimp, and a pile of meat with two scoops of rice. As I was hungry and that plate was for me, it looked great.Imagine my surprise and disappointment to get home and find HALF of the smallest filet I've ever seen (not two whole filets), one scoop of rice, four shrimp (correct), and a couple pieces of pork. If there was a "lunch" version of my plate for $4.00 less, this would be it...but this was $13.00? I only wish I'd taken a picture to share.I honestly had to think back and wonder if maybe I had said something during the ordering process to upset the two guys there, but the exchange was fairly pleasant so don't think so...Really bummed. The area they're in is nice, the other places nearby are upscale, but won't be going back here. Too bad.

Avoid this place. Save your money and save your life. Super salty patties from the loco moco. Cheap frozen patty from grocery store. Old dry chicken katsu. Stop fooling people. Karma is waving to you.

Absolutely a spot worth stopping by, the food is excellent and well prepared, the rates are affordable and it is regularly clean in here. Highly recommended.

Went here for the first time and was disappointed. Waited around for about 5 minutes for someone to come out from the back. Guy that took my order had a bit of an attitude as if he did not want to be there and did not have on a face mask. Macaroni salad had a bit of a sour taste as if it were a few days old. Also not enough rice for all the overly salty teriyaki chicken. Couldn't even finish my food due to so much salt.

I went there a couple days ago and had the worst experience, the manager working would not put on his mask and when asked to they told me they didn’t want to. Extremely rude service, do not recommend this place. I will now be going to another Hawaiian bbq who takes covid seriously

I'm from Hawaii so I know my Hawaiian food. Usually the Chicken Katsu here is passable but I ordered today for my partner and some of it was still pink. Also the Loco Moco was burnt to Hell. There are better Hawaiian places. Every since this place changed owners its dropped in quality yet it was 25$ for undercooked and burnt food? Don't think I'll go here again

The food tasted old and smelled terrible! The seafood was definitely old it had an awful stench. The chicken with gravy tasted like it was sitting there for days! Some pieces were hard another's were squishy. Needless to say we didn't end up eating any of this. It all had to go in the trash! What a shame for someone to sell such god awful quality. I will NEVER EVER order anything from here again. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT EAT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Meat burned. Rice was reheated, some was tough. Gravy no taste. Mac salad salty.

Ditto all the other reviews. Wish I had read them before ordering. Now, just hoping we don't sick.

Worst food ever. Ordered the family meal and the food was saltier than beef jerky. We had to throw it all away because nobody could eat it.
