Well I wanted to try their new garlic stuffed crust pizza but apparently you can only get it in large so then I asked for a thin crust regular pizza medium and they refuse to give that to me unless I got a large so this place can stick it where the sun don't shine because any pizza parlor you can get small medium large extra large but apparently at Papa John's you can only get large!! I'm going somewhere else!!!

Pizza arrived destroyed. The toppings were slid off the crust. See photos. Reminded me of the movie Alien. Called and store - they didn't even offer discount coupons. Just redelivery. I like Poppa Johns. So disappointed.

We haven't ordered from Papa John's for awhile. The crust was pretty good and fresh. But I needed a microscope to see any sausage on a 2 topping pizza. So skimpy for the price it was super dissappointing.

Nothing but kids working Friday 17th of February. Screaming, shouting at each other. The little girl doesn't know what deals her company offers and when I tell her that the Papa John's telemarketers offer extra large for $2 more on a $10 pizza she gets a slightly older girl to try to find the deal before telling me it's $22 for a one topping extra large. If you see kids working here when you walk in, do yourself a favor and turn around.TLDR? The older guys know how to run this location and the kids act like they're at daycare!

Not a great experience with Papa John's website and then the follow through at this location. Tried to order online and it did not go through on the site. It said my card was declined, however, my card was charged. I called this location to confirm it went through. The gentleman who answered was not very friendly but confirmed he had received my order. Since the website didn't work I wasn't able to track my order. After an hour I called back to check on it. The women who answered shared they didn't have my order. She was very dismissive and said she would call a driver and call me back. I asked did my number show up for you or did I need to give it you? She just said have a nice day and did not even acknowledge my conversation and ended the call. Needless to say no call back and no pizza. Pretty disappointed as I have never had customer service issues with Papa John's before.

My last 5 orders have been a disaster. Twice they forgot some toppings on the pizzas. Another order the pizza wasn't fully baked, the dough was still uncooked. Once they said they ran out of mushrooms, I think forgot and didn't want to redo it. This is the last straw, they added extra cheese instead of light cheese. Will never order here again. I would avoid if you can.
