I tried to place an order twice from them using the website and both times my card was charged but the order was never actually placed. When I called and spoke to the manager he said there was nothing they could do and hung up.

I am very unsatisfied with the service when Roberto Cruz who is the manager at The District of Tustin was trying to take my order of 4, he was not friendly, uncooperative, and rude. He seemed lost and unfamiliar with the menu and rewards program.
Kid-friendliness: Robert is always helpful and has a positive attitude. Location is clean and I always get my food fast. An enjoyable experience.

Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. Great service at the place and the manager Roberto is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality!
The food is great and so is the service. The atmosphere is pretty good, much like a cafeteria, but ok for lunch. My favorite is the Kung pow chicken & shrimp.

Used to be a really good spot to go to when you wanted P.F. Chang’s as they are a sister to the franchise it used to be better than P.F. Chang’s but that isn’t the case its like they just poured a sauce bottle on the food no authentic
