Very underwhelmed especially at the price point. The decor is nice but we sat at the front door and the music was extremely loud. On top of that, we had one type of music playing on the right side of me and another type of music playing on the left side of me. The maki roll isn't even a maki roll, the crispy tuna rice wasn't good either because the rice was stale and not crunchy. My filet mignon was over cooked and dry, and the noodles were horrible . My family and came to visit from North Dakota. Don't have a place like this . Food tasted good. Not familiar with the menu but the prices were ok . Overall good

Been wanting to check out RA Sushi for some time since hubby and I come to the Tustin District pretty often. We recently came here to have dinner with his sister on a Tuesday evening. We recommend to make reservations in advance. The wait time for walk-in can amount to about an hour which is ridiculous. We made our reservation as we were walking to the restaurant and got in within 10 minutes. We ordered about 6 plates of the sushi. I personally really enjoyed what I ordered which is the hot night roll. The albacore tasted fresh and the roll was very filling. We also got a side of the crispy rice spicy tuna. It was really crispy and pairs well with the sauce it came with. Hubby got his favorite spicy tuna roll. That was good too. Overall, we had a really great time at RA Sushi. The sushi tasted fresh and was very filling. It is a bit pricey but still worth it. The patio was very spacious and pet-friendly as well. Staff was very accommodating and we certainly see ourselves coming back for another dinner really soon!

I wanted Temp-pan Yaki for Father's Day but couldn't find a place with openings so we tried this place. My wife suggested I order the Hibachi. Filet mignon and colossal shrimp. Their fried rice was dry. The steak was great, the shrimp was over cooked. The dipping sauces were late and only 1/4-inch deep. The service was spacey, I asked for extra sauce but it never came. We won't be back. I'm handicapped and this place has a poor location for handicapped people.

Sunday happy hour all day! Extensive food and drink menus for happy hour. Love all the unique cocktails they have for happy hour. Their cocktails have an Asian twist to it and they all sound delicious. The prices for happy hour drinks are also pretty reasonable. I ordered the rose lychee sangria ($7.70). Sweet with a hint of lychee taste. Very refreshing! Spicy yellowtail roll ($6): ok, wish there was more yellowtail in the rolls. Also interesting that they don't put the ginger and wasabi on the plate with the sushi. They give it to you if you want it. Still free. I guess that cuts down on waste. Edamame ($4.30) is part of happy hour food but garlic edamame ($7.40) is not. Garlic edamame was good but not very garlicky. Service was excellent. Outdoor patio was also dog friendly.

I've been coming here for years and years and I stopped coming for a while because there was no bartender like the others before! Until I came in here one day on a humbug my aunt mailman came to the door one day and said hey haven't seen you at RA in a long time and I was so confused about what he was talking about then I thought about it I said yeah I haven't been there not enough good bartenders! But the very next day I came to RA Sushi and I got introduced to Scott LaRock on Tuesday and Jade the right way and David Sir mix A lot on Mondays! And I've been coming every since! RA gang gang is the number one team! The management team that I do know they are an awesome group too! Oh yeah! New guy Patrick! Bomb.com I have been looking at him all night! A1

We were SO EXCITED because we saw the food , the drinks , the atmosphere etc We literally sat for 24 minutes (yes we checked ) Not a single "hello I will be serving you" no one came to our table . There were 5 couples in the dining area inside and we were in between two of them Servers came to our left table bringing food server came to our right table to greet and take the order of those who coincidentally had friends come AFTER we had already been seated minutes before Not once were we greeted or at least noticed or acknowledged The pair who came in after us were served water and their drinks right away . Absolutely terrible first impression for some where that was not busy at all
Been a customer here for many years. Great happy hour menu with music, drink specials and sports. Happy to see my favorite staff members David, Kelly and Jade still here.

My husband and I love coming here for lunch and drinks.Jade is an awesome bartender and got us our order quickly and correctly. Also, Kelly the manager, has been super helpful to us in the past. They make my lunch dates extra special with their great customer service.

People who have left bad reviews about short staff are being ridiculous and inconsiderate. we all know why its short staff coz no one wants to work and because of covid as well. These establishment especially restaurants are barely surviving coz of the situation and they rely on the reviews and you are hurting them more on the part of those establishments. If you are not happy with the service and food, just dont go back...I was just there last weekend and their food was great (steak was perfectly cook as I requested) the shrimp was a bit salty but will not affect my review. All I wish for these business owners is to succeed especially here in California....too much entitlement and selfishness..Just give them a benefit of a doubt, just help local businesses, they need us.
