My girlfriend order a sandwich it had a hair in it. They took it made a new one and still had hair in it. I didn't order food for myself cause it grossed me out.

I had an appointment nearby and saw this gem! All of the Ruby's near me have closed down and I was super excited to have the food again. The service was really great! The food hit the spot and brought back some really great memories. I'll definitely try to make it back!

Being a past customer of Ruby's I always came back to this place. Now,never again. The hamburger was a sloppy sandwich. Meat patty was like cardboard. The avocado was not fresh or flavorful. Bun was small and could not accommodate the extra lettuce that made it look large. Never to return!

The burger tastes good, but the bacon is fried too hard, but the portion is large, and the fries are delicious. I personally think the price is a bit expensive, and the service is also very good!

Ruby's Diner serves up a tasty meal with a smile and a nostalgic atmosphete. It is the only place I have visited in Packer Square, and reccomend a visit with friends or family.Parking: It's relatively easy to find a parking spot early in the morning.

This is a white people dinner do not go if Mexican because they will make faces at you like you don’t belong there. I went with my family, when I went to the restroom my husband stayed with my kids and my kids were talking he told my husband to shut his kids up because he was trying to enjoy his food when his kids were being louder than mine. My husband doesn’t speak English so he was unable to answer back. Don’t go there if you’re not white!!

The waiting staff was kind and made sure my meal was what I expected. The coffee was good, and the environment gave me a feeling as if it was from the 1950's... How cool is that? Thanks for the lovely breakfast!Dietary restrictions: They were willing to bend the menu options to meet my Diabetic needs. And not gouge me for it! Thank you for being so courteous.

Ruby's is pretty much always awesome, and per usual, the food on this visit was excellent, except for the green salad. Quite a bit of brown and wilted lettuce, and the black olives tasted like they'd been open in the fridge for a long, long time. But that's certainly not a deal breaker. We'll continue going back and enjoying the food. I just might not get a green salad again. Or maybe I will. Hope springs eternal!

Classic diner feel. The staff is great and the food is a go to for good old American food. 50's feel all around woth milkshakes and malts. Love it here. I think in this day and age of trendy new restaurants popping up all around it's nice to have a reliable "go to" place!

They were very accommodating, even putting on a fresh pot of coffee for what must had been mostly me and my dad drinking it ? we made sure to have 4 cups between the two of us so, a coffee pot well drank!
