Marriage of Flavors! Hands down, the best Szechuan food I've had. Service was prompt and waited 10 minutes at their peak dinner service. The ambiance was bustling, tables were full and the aromas were amazing. Highly recommended!

I loved: $24 Boiled White fish I really liked: $15 Fried String Beans + $23 Lamb skewers + $10 Impressive Bean Jelly + $41 Braised whole Sea Bass + $23 Fried Squid Dry Pot + Incredible #goodeats but so spicy! Clearly I liked the less spicy stuff but even so, you can tell everything here uses high quality ingredients. I'd say it's 90% as good as in China itself which is honestly impressive. Service is expected for an Asian resturant. You absolutely have to flag a waiter down. You will feel ignored if you don't do so. Same for the noise level. It's a bunch of Asian people loudly talking. We got there at 11:30 and there was plenty of seating but as soon as 12:15 rolled around, there was a wait list.

I think it’s too oily and I don’t know why there are so many people.

Food is alright. If you're craving Szechuan cuisine, this place will satisfy your craving. I don't know much about their service as I did takeout, but overall I don't think this place has many good nor bad aspects. It satisfies your cravings in the moment, but my stomach was not happy with my decision shortly after. Maybe we came on a bad day but I think this place is mid at best.

Order Door Dash today. Qiao-jiao beef combo soup of Leshan (Door Dash $25.99)- This is a non-spicy beef soup. It is a radish beef bone soup. The order is 1kg. Not a lot of meat, only two piece of tripe. Mostly radish in the soup. Itself is so so but could be good after other spicy dishes. Tea Smoked Pork Ribs (Door Dash $29.99) - This is not as flavorful. 500g weight. I think it is so so. These two dishes are not worth the price. The spicy dishes are better here.

To me, Chinese food falls into 2 different very broad categories. It's either designed to be cheap, tasty, and cooked in large batches so it can serve a large number of people, or it's an art form perfected from centuries of cooking, and I'll see modern chefs like Lucas Sin breaking down these techniques on YouTube somewhere. The part that makes this weird is that sometimes, the exact same dish is in both categories. Sichuan Impression is in the high-end camp. You can order kung pao chicken here. It will be better quality than the ones you get from a fast food Chinese place. It will not, however, have that punch of flavor from the massive amount of MSG. Which is fine. They're not trying to do that style of Chinese here, even though fast food Chinese definitely hits the spot at certain times. I can't speak to the authenticity of the food, as I've never been to Sichuan, China, but it's definitely several steps in quality above a Panda Express. The name of the place is a bit of a localization mishap. When you read through the menu, you get the idea that what they were actually going for is supposed to me more like, Sichuan Impressiveness. They wanted you to walk away from your meal being impressed by Sichuan style cooking. On the plus side, that was certainly the impression that I got from this place. I've ordered from here 3-4 times, and I've dined here 2-3. The stir-fried lamb with cumin is a standout dish which packs a big cumin taste into that thinly sliced lamb. It's great fresh, but it's also super tasty the next day warmed up and served over rice. Most of the dishes here are still great the next day, which is nice because the portions are generally wayyyy too big for me to eat by myself. If you're not a big fan of lamb, the stir-fried chili chicken is also good, but more of an appetizer type dish. This is one that I'd only order if I was going to eat in one sitting. It's got a hit of those Sichuan peppercorns, so you get a bit of the numbing, but still a decent kick from the dried chilies. If you're in a soup mood, the "Refreshing" Fish Fillets in Golden Soup is another standout for me, despite the extraneous quotation marks. The soup is very flavorful and very tasty, and the fish holds up as a big fillet without being so overcooked you can't pick it up with chopsticks. The fish fillets in chili sauce are also good, but I prefer the golden soup version. Eating here is a bit on the pricier side when it comes to Chinese, but I also consider it a tier above when it comes to service, ingredient quality, and taste. Just on the service side, the way your food comes delivered is next level. Nothing leaked out of the containers, and the bottoms of the containers weren't all greasy. It was in a nice bag. High quality napkins and chopsticks. I was impressed.

This place has legit authentic Szechuan food. Every dish was perfectly seasoned and was so flavorful. The portions were big and everything was tasty. My favorite dish is the Original kung pao chicken, you have to try it. As a pro tip, with whatever dish you order, pay extra for the rice. It makes it significantly more enjoyable. I would definitely come here again, so worth it!

Very authentic Sichuan cuisine . Staff is friendly and attentive . The beef, Duck and Pork trotters were delicious. The sea bass was awesome, drenched in a delicious spicy sauce . Make sure you have at least six in your party so you can try the wide variety of menu items. Looking forward to going back.

Pretty authentic sichuan food! They have plenty of options to choose, from dry pots to soups to stir fried food items! If you can't eat spicy food it is okay too, there are plenty of entrees that are not very spicy or spicy at all. The portions are also very generous! * Mini Lamb Skewers 4.5/5- lamb meat was tender and seasoned well * Boiled beef in chili sauce 5/5- good spicy level and had both meat and veggies. pairs super well with rice and is something that i order every single time that I have visited this store. * Plenty of parking spaces and seating available. You can also check in on yelp ahead of time to avoid any wait time.

I was first to order to go, the restaurant was empty. 30 minutes after, there were 5 tables with customers and dishes and my 3 item togo food was still not ready for me. That's ridiculous!

1. The bean jelly had a thick shape yet a soft texture! The rib meat fell off the bones so easily! The boiled fish broth was well-made and spicy! 2. The spot has cozy-casual vibes! 3. There are plenty of indoor seatings! 4. The staff were friendly and attentive! 5. Parking lot is huge! Note: You will place your order by scanning a QR from your phone! You have the option to pay on your phone, but they can still bring a machine for you to pay by card! This place is one of my favorite locations to get Sichuan spicy food and the only thing you have to worry about, is how busy this restaurant gets! Eat it to go or eat it in person and it is well worth it! The chili fried chicken is pretty much their spicy popcorn chicken which is complimented perfectly by the rice. The bamboo shoots with spicy sauce is the true star of the show. It is so spicy and fresh and refreshing to eat. Their lamb with cumin is a great meat dish with rice and just going here to get spicy fresh dishes to eat is already more than you can ask for when the world is having a shortage of spicy food. Give this place a try and remember to come early if you don't want to wait too long!
