In the "OC" this morning had to get a Starbucks after my morning drive. Found this Starbucks which is totally different than most...they don't have their own seating area and instead rely on the seating that comes with the property where they are located. No drive thru just walk up and mobile order business. Seen lots of ebbs and flows of people picking up their order or walking up to order like me...and this team of barista's are fast. This Starbucks is nestled amongst beautiful Shopps and food places. The seating is only outside. You can enjoy your coffee on relaxing chairs under the we shade of palm trees or on irno seats as well.

This Starbucks gets 5 stars for opening at 4:30. No seating inside the store on Dec 28, 2023 but I went here to get Pike Place and use the restroom while I was charging my car few yards away. Excellent service too.
