I went in with some coupons to order 4 footlong sandwiches. The guy working behind the counter told me I was only allowed to use one coupon per day. Since when has this ever mattered? I have worked at subway for over 10 years and now they are limiting coupons? I will never come back to this location again. I went to another location down the street and the girl there was more than helpful. She let me use 2 coupons for my order and I got the best deal. What a waste of a drive for me to order from this loacation. They would rather lose business then to make a customer happy. I would not recommend this location at all

Usually the staff here is nice but had a bad experience on May 26th, Friday at 2:57 pm - in case anyone from mgmt. is reading this The lady behind the counter was busy chatting away w her colleague - took a minute to get her attention despite the fact that they weren't really preparing any other order After I asked for the custom sub - I requested she toast it. She wasn't paying attention I guess as she began wrapping up the sub in the paper. I requested that she stop and toast it before packing it and her response in a rude, curt voice was "you didn't ask for toasted" . I had to remind her that I did Now a customer service oriented person might have smiled and said "no problem" but not here. She began complaining about me to her colleague in Spanish assuming I wouldn't know what she was saying. But I could understand her and it was a dismissive remark about thisAnyways I said thank you when I picked up from sub but no standard thank you response back from her I have otherwise received good service from other people here so I will try this place one more time but I just want to bring it to managements attention if they want to continue to attract customers and not repel them

The woman behind the counter is rude, has zero business skills, doesn't care to help you and talks down to customers like they are idiots. Nasty service! I will not come back. I feel sorry for the owner as so many people that work where I do have all stopped going there because of the bad service and skimping on the food.

ZERO STARS TO THIS LOCATION . Horrible experience with one the lady's working there. Rude attitude, she screams to you for not knowing the restaurant rules witch I recommended to post them or fire this lady if you want to keep happy and loyal customers. I dint recommend this location

Stale a** bread here... Today. And everyday. Check your bread. They like to toast it so you can't taste how stale it is. Also, no soup available? Guess the lazy employee dude sitting in the customer booth is to busy texting to make soup on this cold rainy day..

Sub tasted terrible. They barely put any toppings on. The lady who served me had 0 charisma. The sub tasted sour and had a vinegary aftertaste. Should’ve gone to Jersey Mikes

I really like subway. Yeah u gotta double up on the sliced turkey. No u should never get it toasted. And yes u probably need to ask them to wipe off the knife before they cut your sub with the remnants of the past 3 days of subs on it...but damnit they helped a pedophile lose the weight necessary to keep up with those kids!! Just kidding, kind of, big fan of subway though. u know what you're getting, u get it quickly and the staff at this location is very friendly and on point. Hey, I still listen to R. Kelly, subway is good enough of a restaurant to overcome the Jared debacle...there is a reason for that. Eat fresh yo!! (Seriously, and especially if you're in a very rural area or a very populated city, make sure they clean that knife).

The women made my sandwich loosely that it broke apart while opening up the packaging. I told her several times about me wanting it tighter and she gave me an attitude at the end. She had to double wrap my sandwich also because she kept messing up the first paper roll. I had a standard sandwich nothing really added to it. Was she new? I don't know. She was terrible tho and I wish I got her name. She also cut my bread on both sides which I've never seen at a subway before ; normally they cut one side of the loaf then fold it open. When asked nicely, she refused to give me more cucumbers .... but only gave me 2 for a foot long? She said she was almost out but there was no one in the lobby but me. Regardless if that is your last batch of veggies a few more would've been nice. The lettuce looked old and brown as well which looked very gross. Hope to have a better experience next time

Believe the one star reviews. Person making my sandwich could care less about what she was making. There's plenty of other subways so I'd try them first.

The food is good for sure, but buy with deals cuz a foot long is $10 bucks, be wise.

Amazing service. Each time I've gone to this Subway, it has been phenomenal. They got my sandwich done in under 6 minutes and it tastes great.
