This is my local Taco Bell, so I come here whenever I’m craving it. The staff is always friendly, but this is the first time I encountered an AI voice when ordering through the drive through. I refuse to support AI and its takeover of jobs. Taco Bell Corporate can absolutely pay its employees minimum wage. What a disgrace.

We used the drive thru, and they were using a weird computer system to take orders. For the most part, it worked fine, but it's just very off-putting that another thing is being taken over by a computer. It's bad enough that you can't order from a person when you go inside, but now in the drive thru too.

We all know we go to Taco Bell because we have a craving for it. It's not supposed to be fine dining. But man it's delicious. I tell everyone that the location on Redhill has the best customer service at the drive thru. The ambiance is lacking . I haven't seen myself. But my brother goes inside. He says he won't go back because it's dirty. I hope they fix that problem. Because I enjoy this location. But if they're filthy I do have pause to think k about not returning

Never eating at Taco Bell again. Got H Pylori from eating their food. Felt sick the whole day after eating a taco. Threw my whole stomach out at night.
This is a nice Taco Bell, since they have remodeled it. It's easy to get into, but a little difficult to get out of because of the freeway on-ramp right behind it. Other than that, the food is good and I actually go there for their Nachos Bellgrande instead of going to Del Taco, which is closer to me.

I'd like to order from a person and see a regular menu. Not scan a menu... That's silly. You have all these screens, put the items up on them with the price. Also the food quality has gone down. I feel like I have covid because the food is so bland.

This Taco Bell has stopped giving Fire sauce more than 2 per item. Without sauce, Taco Bell is trash. Not sure if I would ever buy from Taco Bell if this continues.
