You have yo ask for condiments after they call your name and leave your bag on the counter, therefore you have to wait till someone has time to attend to you again.

I understand that this is a Taco Bell, but I didn't know that I'd be sitting at the counter for over 10 minutes just to ask for hot sauce that's pretty nuts they weren't even that busy like maybe two cars in the drive-

Food and customer service is great, unfortunately with the location there is always homeless people inside taking up seats, and the smell means you should order to go.Many of the regular homeless will stand next to you at the register to ask you if you can buy them food. Cashier looked uncomfortable last time but it seems they can't do anything about it. Previously when I came the cashier looked more upset or annoyed when they asked me for a meal.Luckily it's not a big deal to add on $3 or so to your order if it means feeding someone who's homeless.

The service here is horrible every time you go!! Today I sat there for 5 minutes waiting for the guy to answer the drive-thru box no answer so I drove up to the window and then he tried to give me someone else's food the only reason I went is I was having a craving for a Mexican pizza otherwise I don't even bother with this crummy store anymore!! I think they hire the DMV Rejects and that's bad LOL

Ahhhh they taste good. No long line. In and out. Wish I could eat a bigger meal but I'm kinda dieting. I miss Taco Bell. I used to eat their crunch wrap years ago. I would come here tho out of all fast food this place is up scale.

They messed up my order on a late night trip. I called the next morning to ask for a reimbursement . They were very patient and kind and fulfilled my whole order. I say great service because they had no attitude and asked when I can come back in .. it was just easy and convenient and I love easy. I'm a mom of 3 little girls so I love easy
I rarely comment about fast food restaurants, but this exception is warranted.OK, as far as the food goes, it's Taco Bell. It's exactly what you expect. It was just fine. The reason I'm commenting is for two reasons. 1. The service and the atmosphere.Again, when someone goes to a fast food restaurant, it's pretty much the same across the board, mediocre everything. But in this case, whoever was working last night was incredibly service oriented and really went out of the way to make us feel welcome in the restaurant as opposed to just another order number.Aside from just being very friendly and nice, while we were ordering, one of the other employees brought a birthday cake in for one of the cooks. They sang Happy Birthday, so of course we joined in.Jokingly, we asked how we could order a piece of cake and then laughed about it. Not more than 5 minutes after our food arrived, this same employee came out and gave me and my friend each a piece of birthday cake. It was totally unexpected, and as far as fast food goes, it was way above and beyond, and we really appreciated it.Now, this Taco Bell is our favorite one to go to.The next thing I wanted to comment on was the atmosphere. Wow! This is not your typical fast food restaurant with plastic chairs and Bland scenery. They must have had a professional decorator come in and make it closer to what I would refer to as an upper scale fast food restaurant. It's very beautiful inside. We enjoyed having our meal there.So many restaurants and their employees seem to have forgotten how valuable a happy customer can be. It doesn't have to be cake, but just teaching the front line to be friendly can go a long way.
