It's one of the best Taco Bells around for taste. I remember they used to make food look like the picture. The dining area was clean and wiped. The restroom was clean as well.
I was kind of disappointed with the attitude and service from the BACK LINE female staff here. They were extremely rude and judgemental, initially denying me access to the bathroom because they didn't think I was going to purchase food. Then I ordered enough forward a family of 4 and when I went back due to address a mistake which was a simple fix they were even more unhappy with me insisting that they included the item until we unbagged my food entirely and triple checked the receipts before admitting their mistake and that I wasn't just lying and trying to rip them off for an extra taco! If there's a Next time it's the drive thru for me!

Now that Newsom is giving fast food workers $20/hr they cut the work staff from 6 to 2. Now there is no one to take your order at the front. You have to use a computerized order board which is hard to figure out to order. I won't be going back!
My order was done incorrectly and the staff was extremely rude in me trying to get my food. The old Mexican man with the scruffy white beard was epscially rude. He constantly argued and fought whe I was trying to get my food. He had the process of getting my correct order take over an hour. The food I received was extremely low quality as well. The toppings were barely inside the food itslef and we’re falling out form the touch

This place is actually slower than the in and out next to it if you come during certain hours. Come here after 9pm and you certainly will be waiting in the drive thru for at least 30 plus minutes. They are so slow and I get it if they are understaffed, but c’mon hire more bales bodies. Who is running this place? 2 people on a Saturday night? This happens all the time during the later hours during drive thru. No one wants to wait 30-40 minutes @ a Taco Bell drive thru that’s just way too long and not realistic. Management needs to do better

So I was tired an hungry after my working at my second job tonight and I thought to “make a run for the border” only to be super disappointed at the stale taco shells ???, no napkin, no receipt, and I only got salsas because I asked for them. Really Taco Bell?! STALE TACOS???!!!! And they’re not cheap either, I don’t mind paying for good food, but stale food?! Come on! Does @ochealth has an employee shortage?! Come on! I can’t stand nasty food. And while you’re at it @ochealth check every ones fountain drink machines, because they’re selling us FLAT AND TERRIBLE EVERY THING!

We asked them to make two vegetarian Mexican pizza's. They got the order wrong three times after we asked them to fix the order to match the receipt. This location has gone down hill significantly. They no longer respect their customers order. First time it's a mistake, second time it's an oversight, third time it's on purpose. I could have had a serious allergic reaction. The management and staff thought it was funny...we drove my three times in one night. We will be reaching out to head office.

I don't know what taco bell puts in their Doritos tacos but they are like so good. anyway, the lady (Stacy. s) that took care of me and my best friend didn't address us at all, handed us our bag and just ignored us all together. very weird because we were being extremely nice asking how her day was n such.

Service was good. I was having trouble with app., It could not even locate the store I was In! Young lady in drive trough orders came to my rescue. The Ambience of this store is always nice. It was remodled with good casual thought and design.My problem is with the Most IMportNT item, why I went to this Taco Bell, THE FOOD. I ordered the Doritos taco. It was good and in the great service shell. The problem is the food item Bean Burritos! I ordered 2 of them with extra onions and extra Red Sauce. I got two very lightweight bean buritos as us long time customers know what the company's minimum food weight / size should be. I normally roll open and put Mild hot sauce in. I notice how PUUUUNNNNNYYYY the serviing was. I witnessed hardly an beans , little teaspoon of cheese. NNOOOOO Extra Red sauce. In fact So little red sauce I could not believe it was a bean burrito. This was the case for Both ordered!!! Onions in one and non in the other. I rolled up. I ate and coul hardly dicern if there was filling in the tortilla!!! Felt like I had Burritos made of only the Mild sauce I squeezed in them. Just a TERRIBLE Lunch when I needed Food. Isn't food what this businees is to give us for our hard eraned Money??? Apparantly a Greedy Owner had trained the employees to Cheat the loyal Patrons. Run to trust another less greedy store and its Gross Cheapscape Owner!!!!
