Excellent meal and service! Ordered the Parlor salad, Bucatini all Amatriciana, and Guanciale pizza. Salad- great assortment of greens with fresh mozzarella and salami calabrese Bucatini- Pasta was cooked al dente with loads of Guanciale and pomodoro to make the dish extra special Pizza- Love the San Marzano tomatoes and the Fresno Chile/olive combination. Great crust with that char fired crust

We’ve had take out from this place twice in the last week. Food is delicious and arrives hot, which is amazing considering that we had wood fired pizzas in our orders! As weird as it sounds, try the lemon pizza - you’ll thank me later! The beef ragu and sausage pastas are excellent too.We also tried the green goddess and Greek salads. OMG!Haven’t had the chance to dine in person. If the food tastes this amazing as take out, I can only imagine how great it will be when served fresh from the kitchen!

Very well made pizzas and pastas. Chef is in the kitchen working it. We need more places like this.

service: 10/10 theyre super nice and give out good recs! vibes: super cute small shop, they have a couple tables inside and a little bartop set up and also a dining hall that is right across the actual place that has a lot of seating and tables as well! great for a casual date or just a hang out with friends! food: rigatoni bolognese: 10/10 would get again, the short rib was so nice and tender and the pasta itself was amazing! they make their pasta in-house so it was a nice al dente when they cooked it for us. loveeee n'duja: 7/10 i think there was meat in it? not sure tbh it tasted mostly like arugula, cheese, and tomato sauce. the crust itself was amazing and had a nice crunch and chew but i would probably get a different pizza next time- i hear the fiori e limone is good so maybe might go for that next time!! overall would come back

Great quality food and super affordable! Usually I'm not a huge marinara sauce person, but the flavors in the rigatoni were saucy and didn't taste like your basic tomato sauce. Also really liked the green goddess salad, it was light and felt healthier so it wasn't super overwhelming. Will definitely be coming back to try some more food.

Sooooo yummy! I've had this place bookmarked forever but I just never really drove out. I'm glad I did, I was craving pasta heavily and got the pepito salad and cacio e Pepe. Both were made beautifully! I'm a sinner and love soggy noodles over Al dente but I was scared to ask LOL My friend had the bolognese or ragu... I don't remember but she liked it! Not pictured, I got one of the passion fruit pie slices and meat lovers pizza to go for the family, they LOVED it! I'm 100% coming back, would much rather support a small business than big pasta business. Everything tasted fresh, service was inviting, and bonus, the outside area is aesthetically pleasing.

The food was wonderful especially not only for adults but also for little kids. Both my twin boys enjoyed a lot and would like to come back again.

We brought pizza in for lunch at work the other day. We ordered 4 different flavors which were all good. I never expected the pepperoni to be not only the best pepperoni I’d ever had but also one of the best pizza’s I’d ever had as well. This is not at all my go to flavor by any stretch. The pizza was simply that good.

The word is getting out! Found out about this little hidden gem a few months ago and going back for lunch weekly. Food is excellent with great twists on their Green Godess Salad and pizzas - best crust I've found in OC so far!!! This is in an industrial center area and a bit hard to find, but seriously worth checking out.

Hidden gem alert!! The parlor hidden in a cool warehouse building next to rye goods . Garage door that opens up to a communal sitting area . Looks to be dog friendly bed please confirm . Now the food . Excellent . Fresh ingredients . Fun flavors . Everything just meshed so well together .. my sandwich had a bit of Smokey flavor . Pizza was just perfection . I'll be back for the pasta and try other dishes .

Located in an industrial business complex lies Parlor - an independent Italian restaurant where take out is the focus as they only have two small tables but a ten feet away there is a large open area with tables, couches, and chairs to accommodate everyone and allow to partake in the cuisine. It may not be much as far as ambience but it serves its purpose and still comfortable atmosphere to dine. The service is polite and friendly whom make a concerted effort and come to check on you in the open area. The food is broken down into appetizers, salad, pasta, and pizza with an extensive wine list. Tried the Funghi Cavolo pizza (good crust, fresh produce, but lacking in notable flavor); the Margherita pizza (again good crust, fresh ingredients, and a zesty tangy red sauce); the Orecchiette pasta (a combination of savory and spice but too salty); and the highlight was the Bucatini all'Amatriciana (perfect al dente cooked noodles that is well balanced with tangy red sauce with pork). Overall, a solid alternative to the normal dining experience but do not be deceived as while this is take-out oriented establishments they serve fine dining quality and experience.

Tucked away in industrial complex, this place is hard to find. It's separate into 2 areas. Ordering area with few seats and larger community area where you can find more seating. Decor is nothing to write home about. It looks like a deli. Service is quick and very friendly. They cycle through customers quickly and produce food just as fast. Advice- if you plan on drinking alcoholic beverage, you can only drink in ordering area. I only saw like 5 chairs you can sit in. You are not allowed to take it to community area Boy was the food fresh and tasty. We shared margarita pizza that was fresh and well Balanced. It seemed as is pizza was more popular than anything as I saw someone crush a meat lover which looked tastier than our margarita Bolognese was very fresh. Not sure if they make it on site and make it daily. My guess is that they do I it taste like other Italian joint that charges for there freshness Overall this place is half the price for food that is as good as north Italia or Cuccina Drawback is that they're only open Monday through Friday.

I came for dinner and loved everything about this spot. It has such a cut w and cozy vibe. The food was amazing, I had the rigatoni and it was so yummy. The thing that stood out the most was the service at this restaurant - which will definitely make me come back again and again. Thank you Megan for your recommendations and for making our experience wonderful! Can't wait to come back and try more dishes off the menu!
