Came since I was tired of yoshinoya and it was across the street. Definitely better everything! Service was fast and the food was pretty good. The lady Paloma that helped me was nice. 10/10 chicken and steak bowl with sauce on top 10/10 wontons

Perfect! One of my favorite Doordash spots in Orange County. I get into town around 9pm and immediately order up WaBa on Doordash. It's very good, quick, reasonably priced. I get the steak, vege bowl. Make sure to request the green onions or you will not get them. Also ask for extra WaBa sauce. They probably won't add it to the bag but if you get it you'll be happy. My average is 3 out of 7 times. I'd much rather eat here than McDonald's when I get into town. Also get the dumplings. That should fill you up. I never go into the store so I can't comment on the ambiance. I guess the service is fine except they usually don't give me extra WaBa sauce.

My daughter and I just went thru the drive thru and ordered two waba bowls with chicken. The order came out with both chicken and beef... I was okay with having both proteins but I went in to have my daughter's both corrected. Not only did they correct my daughter's order... but mine also... AND they sent us away with the two incorrect bowls! Their attention to customers care and their kind consideration to deliver quality food and service is such and amazing breath of fresh air!

Their 2.99 deal is a effing rip. Such an "upgrade" for a measly salad and a piece of "fruit." Disappointing - it was advertised as if such a big portion or value too. Shitty value in a shitty economy. Oh well. Look at my pic for that skimpy ass 2.99 deal with the salad and slice of fruit. You'd think they'd include the veggies from tier two too, but apparently not. WaBa, do better, please.

I went to waba grill tustin location on September 10 around 12 noon, I put my ordered at 11:45 am, I go to this place twice a week to order on there app on their add outside the store it say "order on your app skip the and go" so after I ordered online I skipped the line there is no line that time! when I went to the window after I waited 10 minutes the girl asked me did you go to the ordering window? I said no I always skip the line thru your ordering window, she asked me can I see your order number on your phone I was like why? I order twice a week and they don't ask for proof of my order on my phone I just tell my name. And she shut the window on me while I'm taking. Never again I come back to this place! By the way when I go on weekdays Leydi was always professional she always give outstanding service! But the girl last Sunday I did even ask her name because she was very rude. I hope the district manager will see this post so they can train that rude girl.

While I like this Waba because they are open later than other quick fast food Restauraunts the drive through is insanely slow. There are times where I had to repeat my order 3 times at the window and 3 times in the payment window. Then, when you finally order I’ve waited over 8-10 mins to get my bowl. Keep in mind it’s maybe 1 bowl or 2 max, and no complicated orders.
