I so hate to give Which Wich a meh review. I was a big fan of this place in the past, but I am not sure what happened. First of all, the person at the register seemed very annoyed. We handed her the cards that you write your orders on, including the seperate cards for fry orders. She immediately and bluntly says, "we don't have fries today." No explaination, no apology, just "we don't haven them." Instead, we ordered chips. Why have the fry ordering cards on display if they are not available to patrons? The place just seemed unorganized. The sandwiches, which were quite expensive, were not good. The hot ones that we ordered were not hot and they just didnt taste very good. Keep in mind, I've eaten at Which Which a lot over the years, and never had a bad sandwich at any location, until now. Hopefully this location, which is one of the few left in our area, gets their act together. I would love to go back, but not unless I see reviews indicating that things have improved. Big disappointment.

Absolute terrible customer service. 2 gals working behind the counter there was a small family infront of me, they had only 6 sandwiches including mine to make. The lady who checked me out said "there's a 12 minute wait" then another lady came in and was about to start writing on her sandwich bag and the lady told her "there's a 20 minute wait". The lady ended up walking out because she said that. Then 2 gals just started talking chisme instead of making the sandwiches ... never coming to this establishment again lol

I ordered a Tuna Sandwhich through Postmates. The sandwhich was impossible to hold as the contents were falling out. The tuna tasted like it had way too much mayo. Tomatoes and cucumbers were kind of soggy. Either try a different protein or go somewhere else.

Unfortunately I just had a horrendous experience. I DoorDash my order, which arrived completely incorrect and they forgot the chips. I always have to call to have them skinny my which, since there is not an option on the DoorDash app(would be nice to have the same options on the app as they have on the menu). It's usually not a problem. However, I called after placing the second order for my replacement meal, and the woman who answered, was very rude and indicated she would not be skinny'ing in my which, because she had already started the sandwich. I told her what happened, but the first order and that I received incorrectly and she was adamant that she would not be correcting my second order. I asked her name so that I could reference so I spoke with, and she was unwilling to provide her first name which is very odd. She also threatened to cancel my order and argued with me that the first order was correct even though I told her I'd taken pictures . I am now sitting here waiting for my second order and hoping that she does not do anything to my food which should not be how Customer feels when waiting for an order. So disappointing as I used to know, the original owner and the service was exceptional and this is my favorite sandwich place to order from. Whoever they have working there clearly doesn't care about Customerservice or really doing their job at all. Taking the time to write this because now I am hangry and hoping they don't spit on my food :-(

I used to come here a bunch and they definitely lost me as a customer. I ordered a sandwich and fries, and the fries were taking a long time. Turns out the machine was broken, and instead of telling me they let me wait for over 20 minutes. I had to approach them and ask what was going on and eventually they gave up on the fries. No rush, no apology, nothing. Totally unprofessional and the food I got was bad too.

Terrible customer service. My daughter who is 2yo wanted a pickle and I told them I would pay for a pickle and they denied her. Their excuse was they are low in products and can't give anything extra even if we bought a sandwich! I am a food restaurant owner and I would never allow this. Never eating here again! Jersey mikes gives pickles all day long!

Zero stars- We bought 2 meatball sandwiches, 2 chicken Parmesan sandwiches, and 4 orders of fries. The "marinara" sauce on the sandwiches tasted like tangy, unflavored ketchup. The meatballs and chicken had no flavor. I watched the worker "season" the fries, however they were limp and unflavored except for the 2 short black hairs I found in my fries when we got home. So gross!! We spent $70 just to throw the food away. We have eaten there before and had good food. We will never eat there again after this experience.
Went to a different location. The lady seemed new and didn't take my gift cards. Said it was invalid. The gentleman that worked at this location was able to use my gift cards no problem. Will be coming back ??

Not sure why but the sandwich is not good. I ordered the wrap and it was loose upon eating. Also it wasn't hot as I had ordered warm. the stuff inside was so much vinegar it was not fond to eat. I had to throw out the bell peppers or hot peppers since it was too tart. There were no spinach inside either. I used to LOVE Wich wich around 7 years ago when it used to be so good that I decided to come back. But was disappointed in the quality.

so sad!!! can't get my sauce, mayo on the side.... it used to be a great place but so run down and employees that don't know anything.... bathroom broken or don't want to clean it because it's near closing time... I asked for information on new sandwiches but they didn't know how to explain it.... fountain drinks either get out of stock or oh sorry I will try to fix it... I was already craving it so I will got it but regretted it!! I should have gone with the reviews that were already posted.... not worth $15 each sandwich... STAY AWAY!! I sure will from now on!!!!

Lady that took my order earlier on today seemed unhappy. Just going through the motions and grumpy. She seemed upset when i mentioned it was my first time there. Maybe she was irritated that she had to help me fill out one of those brown sandwich bag orders. The soda was flat, the sandwich was not good. At least the the fries were tasty. That's why I'm giving it a 2 star review. Atmosphere was good. I like the art work on the walls. Also the restroom was out of service. I couldn't even wash my hands.
