Taste is authentic but I watched the Mexican cook reheated leftovers for me ?Yeah, this is one of traditional Chinese street food popular for taste and wonderful price (usually 20CNY/3USD) however never expect price advantage here in the

I don’t remember it being so soupy… flavor was good, thought not as good as I remember. Barely touched it so I can thicken it at home. Used to love this place but they quickly started closing down locations so it’s rare I’m over here, but seeing how it is now I’m sad to say it’s not worth the drive. Seems they couldn’t bank on having one specialty so they expanded their menu but don’t think I’ll bother with the other options. Going to start learning to make it at home.

So delicious. But they are disappearing - several locations permanently closed. Such a shame.

Very strange. Is it cool that the person running the store on 9/21 at 7:55-7:56pm already closed the store? I knocked and he told me they were closed. Not sure if it's the franchise owner or the random manager, but he was chilling at the register while 2 ladies were just socializing. Called at 7:45pm and he was not picking up. Weird. Terrible customer service. Great way to lose customers See pic

The food has gone downhill so much. We ordered the regular and medium chicken rice. The chicken was not fresh. It's as if they heated it up multiple times. The rice was not fresh - it's like a day or two old. I wouldn't be surprised if they close soon. Also, I was trying to call them to place a takeout order but they never answered. We ended up going there and it turned out the guy had headphones on and couldn't hear. Obviously nobody is actively managing this place.

they need to turn their auto accept for Uber Eats off if they're closed instead of charging me. Food in the past has been good but i want my money back because i didn't receive food. stupid.

Stop using paper bowls. It is very inconvenient for Togo orders. By time I got back to work ALL the broth had leaked out and filled the bag! Luckily it didn't leak in my car! Delicious food but this is bs!

I never went here until recently so I never experienced how much better this location supposedly was before the pandemic, but I have to say the 'flavourfulness' of the food is as top quality as can get, the only issue is everything else, from lack of drink ingredients for teas to out of service drink fountain to bathroom with no working lock mechanism to sort of abrasive customer service. The dining area was clean, but sort of a sad atmosphere.I was served in the clay pots that apparently were taken away for awhile and the food is incredibly tasty, but it appears the pandemic like many other food place wrecked havoc on this location.

I was there last week. While the other restaurants were filled with people, this one only had two customers inside. I knew this restaurant brand but did not have chances tried before. Due to my schedule, I just decided to give it a try… while it seems a mistake. The smell inside the room is quite strange. The food was absolutely nothing like the ads on the wall. It was more like a chicken mushroom soup. The flavor is okay with a lot of ginger inside. Will definitely not go there again.

I used to really like this place but the food doesn't really taste the same as before the pandemic, less flavor more watery. I've seen other reviews that the clay pots are no longer used and wonder if this is the reason. You don't come here for the ambiance, and if the food doesn't taste the same there isn't much of a reason to return

1 Star = Not good2 Stars = Could've Been BetterI would say that they are somewhere around 1.5 star. I ordered from them when they were all the hype and you had to wait in a long line to order. Now it seems like they barely get any business. I always thought this old strip mall was a weird spot for an Asian restaurant. I wonder if they would have maintain their single dish's quality if this was located elsewhere.Anyway, their chicken was tender, but their broth wasn't thickened at all. It was just a watered down soup. I'm not sure if the cook just didn't understand the recipe because it shouldn't be that hard to make this one thing.
