I ordered a regular pep pizza for my kids who are very particular about pizza, along with a medium cheese, just in case. Sadly I got the hot honey pep that I did not order. I liked it, but the kids were definitely disappointed. Next time I will triple make sure they know it's a regular pepperoni not the hot honey one, I never agreed to anything with hot honey on it. And I've got 3 kids, I rarely eat out. This was supposed to be a treat. So happy I ordered a plain cheese to be safe. Sadly disappointed

The staff at our local PF are AMAZING. I ordered a take out order and came in to two whole kids birthday parties in full swing. They had a staff of only three for the day & they SLAYED it. Best attitudes even though they were completely swamped. I’m never let down, even on the busy days when they’re short staffed and running to get things done. 10/10.

I haven't been there in a while and was pleasantly surprised at the interior. I've been craving pizza for a while and I was truly not disappointed. I also had the all you could eat salad it was fresh and delicious. The staff was very helpful and enthusiastic. We will definitely be back.

Was staying in a cabin in the area and heard they had pinball machines, they had two really nice machines, and a pretty large arcade. The food was good, but they didn't have a lot of workers (2), so it took a while to actually order and get my food( I totally understand btw, just letting others know). Next time I'm in area, I'll definitely come check it out again.

They said our take out order (2 pizzas) would be done in 20 minutes. At 20 minutes they said one pizza was done, the other was about to come out of the oven - but it ended up taking another hour, while many many other customers put in and received their orders. They clearly "forgot" to put it in the oven. We asked multiple times during that hour what was going on and just got shrugs.So after sitting and waiting for an hour we ended up taking home one ice cold pizza, without so much as an apology.9 times out of 10 this place screws up our order. They just can't be bothered to even try.

Waited over an hour in lobby for my pizza and then was told I have 8 orders ahead of mine. There were more than enough employees working but they move like snails. We ended up getting a refund and going elsewhere.

Such a gem! In Such a small town, it can be hit or miss and this was a hit. Only pizza place here, they dont have to work so hard to be that good, but I'm sure glad they do.

I debated on even leaving a review but felt I had to. There was ample employees working. They seemed little unorganized! I was told my Factory Special would take take 35-40 mins, at 40 I went to check on my order was told "it's coming right up" so at 60 min I walked back up and was told by the guy making the pizza "I just put your pizza in the oven myself" as if to brag. So needless to say 70+ min for a large pizza in a establishment that had more people working than customers... pizza was fine maybe worth 20 mins not good enough for a 40 min wait let alone 70+
