Had to change my review from 5 to 2. Usually coming here I have a great experience and food. This time not so much. Called in a to go order. When I get there rather than helping customers the waitresses seemed more interested in talking and socializing. I was given my lemon "bar" which wasn't a bar at all. It was a plastic wrap around a nasty sloppy sticky mess. Seems like quality and service is going down hill. It was a Sunday, not super busy with parking spots still available..... this was disappointing

My family's number one go-to favorite restaurant in the Twain Harte area. Casual atmosphere. Excellent food. Good service. Reasonably priced. Great selection of craft beers, too, if you're into that.Parking: Limited parking spaces.

Despite no parking. The place was pretty dead. We waited 20 minutes, and no one came to the table. Just kept saying ill be with you. There were still dirty dishes on the table as well, so we up and left.

During our visit to the restaurant, our experience began on a disappointing note when, after a five-minute wait, our presence seemed unnoticed by the staff. When we finally inquired about a table for four, we were informed one would be ready shortly as it was being cleaned. However, to our dismay, this table was swiftly allocated to another party without any communication from the staff member who had initially acknowledged us, despite her frequent presence to serve drinks.Opting for resilience, we settled for an outdoor table amidst the chill, hoping for a pleasant dining experience ahead. Yet, the service continued to falter; our food order seemed to vanish into thin air, with a 45-minute wait yielding no results. The server, who was well aware of our order, offered no updates or explanations for the delay.Ultimately, our patience wore thin, and we decided to leave. Informing another staff member of our departure, we were met with an indifferent "Ok." This experience was a stark lesson in customer service, or the lack thereof, underscoring how not to treat guests. It's safe to say, we will not be returning.
Our waitress was so incredibly busy, but so incredibly kind. She was able to still quickly get our order for us, and with style too. I'd gotten the trashcan nachos, which came in this metal coffee can that she took off in front of us. The nachos were so good and we had a couple of friendly cats join us for our meal. Will gladly come back when in town again
