Honestly, I don't know if it gets much better than this. Delicious food, amazing waitress, a cozy date in a quiet restaurant. It's a simple space with absolutely excellent food. Highly recommend.

Authentic and interesting sushi and bento. They have something for everyone, drinks, rolls, nigiri and their special Oco dish. Very kid friendly and can seat larger groups.Vegetarian options: Veggie rolls and cooked veggie bowls.Kid-friendliness: Always welcoming to our kids and will customize dishes for our picky eaters.
Always reliable sushi--even have unagi, my fave-best miso/dashi with seaweed to add it. Eat in or to take it out. Very good & convenient dashing about town!

The sushi was great and our waitress was very attentive! We sat outside, on a beautiful fall evening, quiet downtown area and easy parking. Nearby shops and stores to explore too!

We come multiple times a month, often spending $100+ per visit. Food is usually on point, minus some issues like leaving cucumber in our rolls or fish eggs. Still always recommend the place for my friends and family because I believed it's the best spot in all of Mendocino County, let alone Ukiah.Until today.Today we ordered 5 rolls for pickup, came in to see only 4 rolls were made, was then gaslit that the problem was on our end and was told we would have to wait 30 minutes for a basic roll.It's s one thing if you admit you made a mistake and that it would be a few minutes while they fixed the issue, it's another to pretend I made a mistake when ordering and that I would be pushed to the end of the line even though you made the mistake.It's ridiculous.We come here constantly. I don't make mistakes when ordering because we have a list we always order from and we even asked them to repeat the order back.Get new cashiers or retrain them. Probably won't be back out of principle. Be sure to interrogate the worker on the phone with your order, otherwise they will place the blame on you and make you wait 30 minutes to get the food you initially ordered.

Delicious food, wonderful staff and great atmosphere. Loved our experience. Enjoyed 3 vegetarian entrees. The server was super helpful in guiding us. The portions were large and the food was not greasy. We had vegetarian sushi and peace bowl and grilled veggie roll. Miso soup was amazing and had vegetable stock.
