The food is typical burger king. Decent but just barely. Sandwiches just slapped together with no attempt at symmetry. I have been at this store a number of times in the past, mainly because its near a Daiso I go to.My biggest complaint is that their customer service is abysmal. Actually its non-existent. Utterly lacking even the tiniest semblance of something you would call service. I dont think they give it a second thought. You enter the empty store and stand by the register for LITERALLY several minutes, hoping someone will acknowledge your existence and possibly take your order. You can see several people looking at you in the kitchen but no one says "Hey there's a customer at the register". They just stare at you while preparing food for the drive thru. And you wait and wait....When the guy finally comes to the counter, he says nothing. No greeting, no "sorry for waiting", no nothing. Just like he is doing you a big favor to wait on you. Then he realizes that he cant get into the register so he has to go get a white plastic card to log in from someone else. As if this is the first time he has ever waited on a customer. Comes back to the counter. Still nothing. No apologies. Slides the card and logs in . Finally he looks at you and I give him my order - several times because apparently he cant understand the English language well enough to take an order. And I cant understand his thick Pakistani or Indian accent so we go back and forth. He makes no attempt to make himself understandable at all. In the end Im still not sure he got my order right. They dont have any napkins out for you to take. You have to ask for them and they only give you a few until you ask for a few more. The whopper is messy so you need lots of napkins. You ask for the Zesto sauce and they dont even know where they keep it so you have to show them it in the box under the counter.Clearly the owner of this store doesnt think that CUSTOMER SERVICE is a vital component of the experience.I have lived in other countries, and the first thing I try to do is to acclimate to their cultures, to fit in and respect them. These workers just bring their culture with them and make no attempt to offer customer service with a smile. Just shove the food out and ignore the customer. Its an oppressive atmosphere. Not comfortable at all.So I decided I wont be going back again. Im not going to support this nonsense with my money. I wish I could give them zero stars for service.

This location is usually pretty quick and with-it. In the drive-thru today, however, I ordered a BK Big Fish with mayonnaise instead of tartar sauce, because I think the sandwich is normally too pickley. That's a word. I do like pickles, just not in overabundance. When I got home, I discovered they'd given me a chicken sandwich. With tartar sauce. And pickles. Luckily, I'm not a pescatarian, but if I was I'd have been incensed.Pro tip: If you can get fresh BK chicken nuggets, definitely do so. They are amazing, even sans sauce, and far better than McDonald's. BK's are thinner, however, so they turn into cold cardboard faster, and they don't seem to pull them as quickly as McD's, so odds are high that you'll get cold cardboard. Bon chance.

Got incredibly sick after eating here. Employees aren't washing their hands. Go at your own risk.

Two times in a row this place has given me food poisoning. Thought the first time may have been something else but now I'm sure it was this place. Service is slow as hell and I heard two employees arguing, possibly one was the manager. Health department should really look into this place. Food tasted alright at least, but I will not be back.

Great food quality and great customer service as well. The staff are very friendly and attentive to customers. The place is pretty empty most of the time, so it’s good for eating and relaxing.

If you're looking to take a trip down memory lane, or simply want to enjoy a fast-food feast that combines quality, value, and flavor, then look no further than Burger King in Union City, California. I recently revisited this iconic establishment, and was pleasantly surprised by how it managed to rekindle the fond memories of my childhood, all while satisfying my adult palate. The Big King and Big Fish - a delectable combo deal that was available for just $7 - made for a hearty and satisfying meal. The Big King, with its flame-grilled patties, fresh lettuce, onions, pickles, and that tangy special sauce, took me back to the joy of unwrapping my first Burger King burger. Each bite was a celebration of the well-balanced and bold flavors that have come to define this longstanding brand. On the other hand, the Big Fish, with its crispy, golden breading and tender, flaky white fish inside, delivered an experience that was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of the two sandwiches provided a delightful contrast and an expansive exploration of the culinary range Burger King has to offer. No meal at Burger King is complete without a dessert, and the Hershey's Sundae Pie was the perfect ending to this nostalgic feast. The sweet, creamy chocolate filling combined with the crunchy chocolate crust made for a bite that was both indulgent and irresistible. It was the cherry on top of an already memorable meal. It's worth noting the remarkable service at this particular Burger King. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

This is the priciest place I've been for food that was not freshly made to order. $36 for 3 burgers and 3 small fries. You need to check your order because chances are they left something out of your order.

Honestly this specific location is the worst burger king I've ever been to. I ordered at the drive thru, A bacon king, two tacos, and two impossible kings. The impossible kings were not even lukewarm and the tacos were insanely cold.. the manager told us they just came off the fryer, but trust me that was not even warm. They also were missing a cheese slice on the bacon king. They fixed the bacon king but gave us burnt tacos instead this time. They also had us wait SO LONG for replacement.. If I could give this place a zero I would, without hesitation. Abysmal place. Do not go.Kid-friendliness: Bring your kids if you want them to disown you as a parent.

I recently stopped by Burger King for a quick bite, and I was pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of their chocolate cheesecake! As a dessert lover, I'm always on the lookout for new treats to satisfy my sweet tooth, and this one did not disappoint. The chocolate cheesecake at Burger King is rich, creamy, yummy and surprisingly decadent! The smooth chocolate filling is perfectly balanced with the tangy cream cheese, and the crust adds a delightful crunch. It's the perfect indulgence for any chocolate lover, and I couldn't get enough of it.In addition to the treat of an occasional rich, chocolatey cheesecake slice, I appreciate the convenience of Burger King's drive-thru service. It's perfect for those days when I'm on the go and need a quick meal or snack on my way elsewhere. The drive-thru is always efficient and convenient, allowing me to satisfy my cravings without having to leave my car, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The menu offers a variety of other options, from classic burgers to crispy chicken sandwiches, and their famous fries. The quality of the food is consistently good, and the portions are satisfying. It's a true competitor to the Mcdonald's drive thru a block over on Decoto. The service at this Burger King location tends to be friendly and efficient. The drive thru staff member is always courteous and attentive, making sure my orders are correct and quick, with lots of sauce. The drive-thru process is usually quick, which is a big plus when I'm in a rush.Overall, the Burger King located on Decoto is a convenient and tasty option in Union City for a quick bite, and their chocolate cheesecake is a must-try for dessert lovers. The drive-thru service makes it easy and convenient for a grab-and-go meal, and the friendly service adds to the positive experience. If you're in the mood for a delicious treat and a convenient meal, Burger King is worth checking out!
