Food sucks waiting time sucks costumer service sucks and got overcharged for 50 bucks for one bowl and chips and salsa i was so mad coz i have to return there and they didnt even bother to ask me if i want my food replaced since its already been cold coz i have to go back and forth they refunded me the money but the look on the guy thats doing the refund seems like this was my fault for complaining,lesson learned i will never go back at this chilotle ever

This store needs help. Understaffed and unhappy workers. No sense of hospitality here. The dining area is not maintained..I guess you can only look forward to getting your food and leaving.

Always busy and not enough staff. Staff not real friendly just there like a robot. I guess thesw days we dont hire for the great customer serive just a body in place. Station is always filthy and the sour cream is always runny. This might be my last time at this location.

Would be nice if the the staff would smile once in a while and apologize for keeping you waiting for ingredients not refilled soon enough. 3 stars for tables not wiped down often enough.
Worst chipotle I have been to. They cannot do anything properly.They will mix meat with vegeterian. And if you do catering, things are not ready on time and they start prepping after your pick up time.Travel further to find a better Chipotle.

I ordered 1 Burrito, 3 soft tacos, and 3 corn tacos online at chipotle app. When I checked the bag upon pick up 3 corn tacos were missing. Three guys checked and said all the items are in the bag. When the finally realized item is missing they said we don't know what happens when you take the order in insulting way. Even I have never left the counter.
