Love this place! The lady who runs this place is an absolute boss, I don’t know how she manages to run the whole place by herself. Plus she always throws in extra donut holes/small bites as a bonus - so sweet! There’s a wide variety of donuts and they’re super delicious and fresh. The pork rib bun was to die for. The samosas were crispy and flavorful as well. My new favorite donut spot to go to on my way to the Bart!

My family always comes here when we are craving dim sum. Donut delight is a hole in the wall, family owned business. It's always crowded when I come, but they have very fast service and I'm never waiting for long. My family always orders their dim sum options, which are tasty and very affordable. If you want a quick pick up to take home and eat this is the place to go! Great service, food, and very affordable(:

One star for the customer service. The lady owner is known in the community as impatient and short-tempered. I knew what I signed up myself for. I had a 5 year old with me and i was told to come back in 2hours as they were closing to mop the floor. It was mind boggling as I wanted to order more food but she prioritized mopping the floor over making business transactions. She told me that she didn't want to pay her employee overtime. I braved through and got the food I wanted to purchase and leave the place without slipping and getting more yelled at. God bless her soul.

I've come here for YEARS... always has amazing dim sum to grab an go. Whenever we have a work event I grab siomai and donuts to bring. Opens early and is just a piece of home. Love this place.

I believe she is the Owner.. She gives me anxiety when I order. She speaks loud and try's to upsell Dim sum.. Won't give Prices.. Try's to make you buy $5 to $10 plates of Dim Sum. Just high pressure. I saw that other review pic of the maggots! GROSS! Place is small and cluttered.. Maybe they are not so clean. I think i'll pass.. Too bad, a couple of changes and it could have been a so much better restaurant.

This place is a hidden gem for congee, dim sum, and Chinese sweets. They're a family style hole-in-a-wall store. I always get takeout and the dim sum never disappoints. The hygiene doesn't seem to be the best, but great value overall.
Very nice people, but the donuts were stale at 3pm. I haven't gotten to try the dim sum yet.

This disgusting place serves rotten food with maggots in it. See my photo. The ham and cheese sandwich literally had worms in it. I'd hate to know what other health violations this place is committing. Hopefully it gets shut down soon. Stay away. It just might save your life

Probably the worst place I’ve been to for donuts… we ordered TWO donuts and she added 3 donut holes without our consent and charges us 10 dollars. The lady was so rude. No matter what don’t buy donuts from this place… go somewhere else.

Came in today because I was craving shu mai and hargow and this was the closest place to me. I called beforehand to make sure there was some available and was told 15 minutes. I arrived before the 15 and there was some ready. I waited outside with one of the workers. She had me sit with her outside because the floors were wet and were drying. She began talking to me about what I did for work and where I went to school which I was totally okay with talking about. Things took a turn when she suggested I get a shot to help me lose weight. I never asked for her opinion or asked anything related to my weight. I am someone who does have pounds to shred but this was unwarranted. She then went on to assume I am diabetic. I should've walked away then and there.Nonetheless, the shu mai and hargow was good. Reasonably priced and are bigger than other places. The same worker tried to sell me other items that I was not interested it. She kept on insisting and after realizing what she was doing, I denied any further "suggestions". Apparently this happens quite often. May or may not be back.
