Went for Breakfast had the HUEVOS RANCHEROS BUT they didn't have BEANS or the TORTILLA...to make it Huevos Rancheros you HAVE TO have the CRUNCHY TORTILLA at the Bottom of the Egg, so I was Dissapointed.... customer service was excellent (MARIA) THANK

I don’t know what's wrong with their seating. We said can we seat next to window, she seated us where she wanted. Restaurant was quite empty though ! Other than this their food was excellent!!

Just had, or didn't eat a cold breakfast at union landing ihop, wife ordered the steak omelet, looked good but cold inside...my classic Benedict was also cold . Won't be going back anytime soon

I got takeout food. They said that all the food would be boxed separately but it wasn't. Thedinner was in a container that wasn't large enough. So they piled the French fries all over the mashed potatoes. My fries had mashed potatoes stuck to them. Yuck. Fortunately there were a lot of fries so I didn't mind losing a few soggy potatoey ones.The salmon was way overdone. The grilled outside was hard on both sides so the meat inside was dry. The mashed potatoes had too much milk in them but weren't too bad.I ordered biscuits on the side. They were large and flat, which surprised me. The inside of a biscuit should be high and fluffy. But the flavor was good. I added butter and honey and they were very good that way. I think the shape works for their strawberry shortcake but they should make regular biscuits for their biscuits and gravy. I didn't try the gravy as it's too Southern or whatever for me.The moral of the story is--order breakfast food at a pancake house--not salmon!

I took my daughter and granddaughter to breakfast. Service was terrible. We didn't get our coffee until the meal arrived. Our meal came piecemeal. My daughter was halfway through her meal before I got mine. My eggs were overcooked and cold and the bacon was under cooked. Next time we'll go to the IHOP in Hayward where we have a good experience.

Convenient location with good food and friendly attentive staff. Clean restaurant that felt comfortable and family friendly. We tried this location midweek for an early lunch and we were happy we did. The staff greeted us as soon as we walked in and took us to a booth which is my favorite. We ordered and had our drinks and food come out perfectly timed. Cold drinks included an Oreo milkshake which was so good my teenager was hesitant to share. Also ordered eggs Benedict and steak and eggs, all of which came out hot and tasty. Portions are just right so we left full with some leftovers. We'll be back soon. Thank you to the wonderful staff!
