I had my daughters birthday party in their party room. It was a good price and easy to reserve. The staff is very friendly and kind! I will definitely do future parties here.

This is where we usually order food for staff cravings or working interviews. Only once has their been an issue w/ getting our delivery on time. Otherwise, it's reliable and plenty of food comas to go around says that their pies are delicious.

Would not recommend the Union landing place! Took 40 minutes to serve our order. And then we got burnt fries, pizza with missing topping. When complained the server just said ‘OK’.

I came here today 07/14/2023 to meet my mom for her birthday since e work close and had time to meet on our lunch break, we ordered the buffet i had my salad and cherry tomatoes, I eventually got up to get more cherry tomatoes since they are my favorite, I continued eating and having a conversation when I noticed mold on the cherry tomatoes , I felt so disgusted so I got up and to be discrete so another customer doesn't hear I pointed at the tomato to the cashier and she said "oh sorry" and took my plate, then she came back with an empty bowl and said I can grab more, and I said I'm sorry I don't want to eat more I would just like a refund so then she tells me to wait and out comes this visibly angry hispanic lady and says "I'm only giving you half because you already ate" and I said excuse me ? I ate idk how many cherry tomatoes what am I supposed to do get sick go to the hospital and file a lawsuit? and she made this "whatever" face and shrugged her shoulders, I said wow this is terrible customer service, I tried explaining to her that I'm not complaining about the taste of the pizza or trying to get a free meal here I literally ate moldy tomatoes, she ignored me and said something to her coworker... she ended up refunding me the full amount or so that"s what my voided receipts says... I had to come back to work nauseous, I seriously don't know how many of the ones I ate were moldy, but I'm mostly shocked at the quality of customer service, I deal with patients who can be rude at times and I still keep my professionalism, I was even trying to be discrete and the customer service I received as unacceptable. I left feeling mistreated and with an upset stomach.. this is also my first bad review .... I get to take a photo because I really wasn't that upset until the rude lady assisted me and they had already taken my bowl. im really disgusted at the mold and quality at customer service.. as proof I did take a photo of my voided receipt also there are cameras if anyone ants to review that incident from corp,

No disrespect to any group of people but it's very hard to find a non Indian owned Mountain Mike's these days, and this is the one you don't wanna miss.The pizza even the next day smelled crazy good and we don't wanna go anywhere else but here.

I walked in today asked about buffet they said only 2 pizza coming out the manager replied to me I was like I have party of 8-10 people coming can you make more pizzas she said NoWhen customers pay for buffet there suppose be a lot pizzas to choose from not only 2 someone of my friends don’t eat meat there vegan.I really had bad experience manager attitude was bad she needs be retrained I won’t be coming here anymore or my friends.If your charging customers for buffet pizza there should be several pizzas to choose to eat.Not only 2 kinds very bad experienceVegetarian options: No veggie options for People who don’t eat meat sad I love round table or straw Hat they satisfy you make you. Happy

I wanted to make this review for Ana! Besides mountain Mike's pizza being amazing, so was Ana and her service! She knew all about the ingredients of ALL the pizzas and gave me a good recommendation for my half and half pizza, cause I can never decide!! She was attentive from the time I ordered till i waited. The restaurant is a great size with both TV's. I really appreciated how welcoming Ana and the staff are, while other places aren't that inviting especially if you aren't purchasing food. I absolutely love this mountain Mike's location, especially with the service! I usually doordash but i cam in person today and i am so glad i did! Thank you so much Ana and Team! Keep up the great job and service, for Every one.
