This place ROCKS !!! Not only is the pizza delicious, they give you a lot of toppings and cheese. Very friendly staff, the restaurant is extremely clean, and they have multiple flat screen TV's mounted to watch sports games. Oh, and they have coupons, so make sure you use them. You can save yourself some big bucks.

Mountain Mike's is part of our regular take out cycle. Their pizzas are solid and consistently good. Same with this location. Docking 1 star for the longish wait.

I walked in to that sweet loving aroma of bleach... 'YESSSSS' I thought to myself and I declared boisterously "that's what I'm talk'n about , BLEACH BABY" and I dang near skipped to the counter to retrieve my order. I had to wait a moment as the two staff members I saw were obviously busy caring (I freaking LOVE IT) The order had been ready for some time, I went to the wrong location at first and it took me a minute to get to the right one. And this is absolutely the right one. My pizza was still warm and I was advised that because I had ordered through DoorDash, the cheese and peppers were already in the box. However that part, is a little unsanitary- I quickly got over it. The pizza was as expected from mountain mikes, delicious and accurate. I don't eat food from the world often but when I want pizza again and don't feel like making it, I'll be picking up from this location. The place was spotless and the service was very good. I don't normally post negative comments or reviews of local businesses, but I have to in this case because no one deserves to be treated the way I was recently by Mountain Mike's at the 34533 Alvarado-Niles location. In short, the pizza delivery driver had trouble finding my unit (I get it). He called me so I explained directions the way I have to every other driver who has found their way to me just fine. I was patient, at first. But he kept hanging up on me whenever I tried to give him directions. He said words I couldn't understand and then wouldn't answer when I called him back. When we were on the phone, I could hear him asking my neighbors where my unit is instead of listening to ME who could tell him where exactly. What's worse though: when I called to speak to a manager to ask what was going on with my pizza, she essentially blew me off and showed no concern for the fact that her driver had been so rude to me and was still lost after 30 minutes of waiting and multiple phone calls. She even implied it was my fault the driver was lost! After close to an hour of this, I finally lost my patience and demanded they refund the cost of my pizza. Good customer service would have done this from the beginning. I had a tired, hungry kid excited about Saturday night pizza that never arrived.Please, don't support this business until they learn to treat customers with some respect. We are their neighbors, with children.On positive note, the Mountain Mike's on Decoto has excellent customer service. I thought that's where I had ordered from so next time I'll be sure to order from the Decoto location.

I watched a manager who first unlocked the door treated me disrespectful outside of his pizza parlor while I’m driving slow in the parking lot to my dental appointment office few doors down. He took over the whole parking road for me to get thru the parking lot and he parked his car in awkward ways in backup in front of pizza parlor’s entrance.From my experiences I was pizzamaker for 15 yrs very close relationship with my boss. Pizza owner loves us parked our cars away from the entrance to serve our customers feel more welcome to our entrance area.Just saying I stopped buying pizza there becuse parking always full in front of their entrance area. SMH

There was a piece of lint or fuzz in the slices of pizza! They were not accommodating, they didn't want to refund, they were rude and no customer service!!!

They got my order wrong i ordered thin crust and get a regular pan, they corrected the order which was another 15-20 minutes of wait but she gave me the first order for free right on

Owner was rude. A homeless woman came in asked us what time it was then asked us for spare change. I told her I didn't have money on me but if she was hungry I would pay for her food with my card and she could get whatever she wanted. She agreed and I let the cashier know I would be paying for her food. When she got her food the own kept walk through the isle where the tables are and just kept staring at the homeless woman not sure if it because she had stuff with her but still would have been nice to just treat her like any other person in that restaurant. Never spending a dime at that location. Oh and the wings sucked. Fry them never bake them
Me and my family were craving pizza and realized we haven't been to mountain mikes in a while so we stopped by and ordered a large pepperoni with bacon and sausage and it was DELICIOUS! The service was 10/10 because we were the only ones there so they helped us fairly quickly and I like how they had Harry Potter playing on the tv and even the sports channel was on so you get the best of both worlds. This mountain mikes was so cute cause they had a little arcade section for kids and even a frozen yogurt spot is connected to the restaurant as well. They kept the restaurant nice and clean and I would most definitely come back.

I use to love this place. I was so excited to order some pizza on Sunday however when I received it I was beyond disappointed. I ordered a small pepperoni, olive and extra cheese. I don't know why but they never put the cheese all the way to the crust there is always a big gab of missing cheese. Also they didn't put extra cheese o had so many toppings(pepperoni and olives) you could barely see that it was a pizza and there was barely any cheese. I called to speak to a manager however, the girl put me on hold. I didn't even feel like dealing with it I was too tired.
