Best thing here is the popcorn chicken, fried tofu and omg the fried mushrooms, soo good! If you do indulge in any of these fried snacks do the combo adding a delicious Thai tea or milk teas, with boba of course ;). Service is good, staff is friendly enough. The room to chill with the games and things has always been a cool feature of the restaurant. I will say that it does look a little sparse and run out post pandemic but overall I am glad it survived. My only complaint is you can't call in an order or order in person anymore. The is a qr or a kiosk so that is a little weird.

Their Boba tea is good but I didn't know every time I buy drinks and snacks here with Bag for them to put my purchase to go is .50 cents , the Bag is not free , it's ok to buy a paper bag now a days for 10 cents or plastic bag , but 50 cents for nothing. I feel like I'm throwing my money for this paper bag.. Imagine for every purchase with .50 cents how much total money this owner getting from US..Right!! Greedy!!!!

Ube waffle is perfectly warm and ready to savor. Doesn't keep well though, so eat it or share it now. The service is efficient and is triggered by the self-order-and-pay kiosks or the Snackpass app. (No cash) The formerly small cafe expanded to the next door suite, so there's lots of tables, WiFi, and a restroom. I like the tea and fresh honey boba, too. I recommend the Okinawa tea and popcorn chicken level 3.

Great smoothies and the best spiciest popcorn chicken out there. Idk how many times I've gotten a popcorn chicken level 5 with a smoothie. I think it has to be close to 50 times by now. I might be addicted but it's just super good. The spicy level 5 is really perfect for me and it's actually spicy. I always come back here. Also if you come here frequently you can get the snack pass app and you can get a free boba or popcorn chicken when you get enough points. I think about 10 and 25 points respectively. Each order is one point and friends can also give you points. I will keep coming back here after school it's just too good.Parking: lots of parking

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staffs never greet customers or smile, never care if you buy their foods or not. I waisted my points because I used it for popcorn chicken then they told me it's not applied here and ask me to go another location to get it, even though it was redeemable through the apps at their location, not saying sorry just try to push you away, so ridiculous! I dont think they know how to do service and I dont see them reply a single review here because they are careless. Never come back again!

Great for people who aren't so social, and the service is okay but they don't really like talking. Not so pricey for one person, and it's a pretty chill environment, but there's a lot of high schoolers.

This Mr. Green Bubble location is in the Union Square Marketplace. They are located on the quieter side of a big plaza, so there is plenty of parking here. Not much service anymore - you either order on a kiosk inside or online. I have not been here in years and I was recently craving their mochi waffles, so I ordered online for pick-up. I took advantage of their combo and ordered the mochi waffles with a jasmine milk tea. After drinking my milk tea, I remembered why I do not come here as often - I would only only come here for their mochi waffles, not their drinks. Overall, I do not particularly like their boba drinks/milk teas here, so I would not come here for drinks, but I would only come here specifically for their mochi waffle, as I have yet to find another spot that does mochi waffles and if they have it, it does not taste right like this particular one.

Green Bubble has the most reasonable price drinks and snacks in this area. I was pretty impressed with their braised pork rice bowl. I was surprised by how heavy it was and it was delicious. Love that it's packed in a compostable bowl. For $12.50 it's very filling. Additionally, there's a combo option where you can add a 16oz/22oz drink for $3/$4. The only bone I have to pick with them is the fact that there's a price discrepancy between the menu in the shop/kiosk/online/and Snackpass. I'm not sure why that is but it does suck a little bit but to be honest I haven't checked which one has a cheaper price.

The food is so good that u love the popcorn chicken, because it is one of my favorite and popular food. The server is decent since you just have to order and then pick up your food. The atmosphere is very clean and good.

They just don’t respect customers at all respond very rudely. When you request something, they didnot follow the instructions and even didn’t want to confirm or check with you and call you abnormal when you ask. They just made assumptions about customers’ needs instead of really caring about your needs. This is totally unacceptable. Will never come again.
