This place has terrible organizational skills. Ordered through website that prompted a pickup time. Upon pickup, they looked confused and said the order didn’t come in until 5 minutes ago. Kept blaming “they” which is their website. Asked to come back 45 minutes later. Upon return, waited another 45 minutes. What a waste of time. Never returning to this place, what a waste of my $160, can’t believe I even pre-tipped.

They’re charging people 15% extra for doing nothing. I went there with my friend water food and we were more than four peoples and the waiter come, and he told me that you have to pay 15% I asked him why he said this is the policy of our business because if you are more than four people you have to pay 15% for service I don’t know what do you mean by that.
