I placed an order online and came at the time specified for pickup. When I got there, the workers said that they didn’t have my order until they finally pulled it up and started my order. The cashier ordered for his friends that came in and gave them priority for the same menu items I was waiting for. About 10 walk in orders came in and left before I ever got my meal, only for them to finally tell me the drink machine was broken and I couldn’t get a refund.This place is a mess and doesn’t know how to organize.

I ordered takeout here three times. The first time I made a note that I didn’t want any sauce, but I was still sprinkled with a sauce I don’t know the name of. The second time I ordered a Coke, I was given lemonade. The third time I ordered a Coke, but there were no bubbles in the Coke. What do you think? Will cooking be a bad experience every time?

How is it possible that they have the bathroom out of service and the employee comes out of the other bathroom and tells me that it is only for employees, so I come with a great need to urinate, and this person denies me entry to the bathroom with a simple Sorry! DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN COMPLAIN SO THE CITY FINES THEM.

We always go here especially tuesday because of their deals.. Foods are Hot and Fresh.. Usually we ordered chicken nuggets and it’s always a cook to order so the food is very hot.. Employees are very nice and welcoming..
Bad service don’t ever come here for lunch over 39 min wait ??????????????

Great tasting food. Especially recomend the spicy chicken and beignets. The seating has all but been removed (only 2 tables left) and gets pretty crowded after 3pm on school days. Price (especially for "fast food" is pretty high comparatively... basicly worth it for once in a while dining. Hit up the specials when offered. LOTS of parking. Handicap able but few in-between shops. Staff seems like they are there begrudgingly to get a paycheck and go home.. so not so friendly

This restaurant has tables and chairs that are brand new that have been sitting against the left hand wall when you enter the store for over a year. They only have 3 dining tables set up and people use the tables to wait for their to go orders which makes it nearly impossible to dine inside the restaurant. I wish that they would assemble the tables that are still in boxes to allow for more places to dine in. Normally I want to dine in, but there is no room so I am forced to do take out. Restaurant manager please hire someone to assemble the tables so customers can eat at your restaurant like the way it was setup prior to Covid. This is a great fast food restaurant, but by the time I get home with my food it is no longer hot. You have invested in the tables and chairs, please assemble them.Parking: The parking has always been a problem at this strip mall. I am glad to see that the large pot holes that have been there in the past have been filled now. This strip mall has many tiny restaurant and stores and a BofA and Rite Aid and parking is at a premium.

The people who manages this place does NOT WANT to put chairs and tables the way it was prior to pandemic because you can just tell they don’t want to clean it maybe they’re lazy and it’s extra work for them!? It’s been three LONG YEARS since the Pandemicand this place STILL THINKS we’re still in the middle of pandemic because there are NO Chairs/tables for the majority of the customers to seat down and this place just simply implies “Buy your Chicken but FOR TO GO ONLY and don’t bother us!” It’s just ashame for a Major fast food place like this to turn away customers to dine in and ordering them that their food is for “TO GO” only hence why the atmosphere is not that good. I really feel sorry for Seniors trying to eat here but FORCED to buy their food for to go only.Parking: Lots of parking.

My coworker and I had gotten food here for lunch. Everything was fine until my colleague looked closer at her food and found this! To make it worse, it was still alive. We're so disappointed and disgusted after finding this.

Ate here with a friend 11/12/23 about an hour before closing. My friend got severe food poisoning but I did not. The only thing he ate that I didn't was mashed potatoes and gravy. Classic symptoms of food poisoning appeared about one hour after eating. I have never seen someone so sick. Just eat with caution!

I don't normally come here but was tempted after having a craving. Service sucks. We ordered food ahead of time to save time. Come to find out when we got here when the app specified it was ready that the food was barely getting started. No rush, no apologies, just matter of fact. I understand mistakes but this seems to have been done on purpose. Waited an additional 20 minutes on top of the 20 minutes I took to preorder. Ridiculous.
