We ordered a basic large pizza, but it took an hour for them to prepare it, which was quite frustrating. We even had to call them to remind them about our order. When we asked for an update, they eventually initiated the delivery through DoorDash. It's disappointing that we had to remind them and follow up on our order, emphasizing the need for improved customer service on their end.

What I disagree with is these people who bought this pizza place! First you're buying "Round Table pizza!!!" Do you even know who, what Round Table pizza is to America??? Round tables pizza is one of Americas chain pizza joints that holds the highest quality in there ingredients! If you're a born and raised American you will know exactly what I'm talking about? So, For the people who wants to buy a round table pizza joint and not understand the quality and flavor of its pizza then I beg you to not buy one because you're ruining round table pizza's reputation!!!! Decent pizza, but no pizza by the slice, and longish wait
I'm a native Californian then moved to the East. The reason why I stayed that it should be common knowledge that the Italians in that region of the United States thrive on making a delicacy of pizza. It's a region where most pizza places have to raise their standards because of the amount of straight competition and the flavor of pizza. In other words they don't play when it comes to Pizza. B&s said I would have to say that Round table is the best representation of a true Pizza. Now that I'm back in California it's nice to see that they kept their standards there for so long.

I tried to order 4 pizzas they would not take cash I asked to talk to the manage mr and Antonio said there is not a manager there until later . Horrible customer service if I have pizzas delivered they should take cash no matter what time of the day it is !

Ordered here many (too many honestly) times during the pandemic, quality is always good and timely.On very rare occasions pizza crust is a bit hard but 99% of the time it's great, not sure why it's rated so low.

I don't want to be that guy, but,this place is trash. Taste nothing like most Round Tables. Quality is garbage. Order was wrong. Food was cold. And what did show up just tasted off. If you order delivery you will be waiting about an hour and a half to two hours. Don't waste your time or money here!! ?

Ordered a large veggie gourmet to be delivered and the pizza actually turned out very undone. The dough was suuuper doughy.. Even the veggies tasted raw.. Couldn't get through 1/3 of the thing - it was very dissatisfying. Will be air-frying the rest of the pizza to finish their job lol.
