Great food. Lots of options with big spread. They're really busy but still cook right. Our server helped us with bread orders to go and it's delicious. Would recommend with family. Feels like a Black bear diner mixed with a sports bar.Food: big portions about 20-25 range. Feels expensive until you get your plate. Worth it

3.5 hrs wait time, no exaggeration. Food is average. Will not return and will not recommend.Their wait list system is flawed and not transparent. You don't know how many people are before you. They don't tell you how long you have to wait more. When pressed they told us 4 groups are before us; yet dozens went in but we were not called. Finally we were called only after I went to check in desk and grilled them on the delay and lack of transparency. Now the food was served warm (not hot) and I wouldn't complain of it with in the crowds there, but the issue is the rice and fries were heavily salted to point it tasted bad. Steake meat was average. Overall bad experience and will never return.

Such an amazing enviornment.. love the music! The food never dissapoints! Always a huge wait which is the only downfall. As long as you get our their online waitlist it isnt a big deal, but if you are going last minute better pray it isnt a weekned.

Was triple charged. My sister went to pay on the device thay have. Card was declined so we tried my card it was also declined so now I know somethings wrong. We check are accounts and we were both charged. call the manager. Manager told me it was only pending and not to worry. The money will be back later then she told me I had to pay the amount upfront. Payed the amount and left. Now the charge went thru. That about 500ish that I'm being charged onto of my sister also being charged. Lying manager.

Loved the ambience and vibe the place had. Went here with my friends and all we talked about were the bread rolls. They ate to die for. Delicious steak as well. <3
Definitely a great choice if you want a decent steak! I always get the ribeye and it's always cooked perfectly. Watch out for the cinnamon butter and rolls, they are addicting! A family favorite

Was unusual to get a ho hum Ribeye steak at this place. Sides were ok but there wasn't anything great about the beef. Seasoning was light to non-existent and the steak lacked flavor expected when paying for a Ribeye. Service was good and they were very attentive to drinks.

I had the unfortunate experience of dining at Texas Roadhouse recently, and it was an utter disappointment. Their reservation system is a joke. Despite booking in advance, we were made to wait for almost an hour after the projected wait time before being seated, rendering the reservation pointless and leaving us starving and frustrated. And to top it off, when our food finally arrived, we discovered a hair nestled in our dish, which was beyond revolting. Needless to say, we won't be returning anytime soon. I have been to the branch at Tracy and it was nowhere near this level of unprofessionalism. Management if you see this your Union City branch needs some work.
