Horrible service. My friends and I came here after a day at Universal Studios and it was rude service, dry Cinnabon, and sky high prices. $2 for a small thing of cream cheese, like really? My cinnabon is dry, and the least they could do is add more cream cheese frosting without having us pay for it.They barely, and I mean barely reheated this cinnabon.

I love Cinnabon. But unfortunately today it was dry. But that's OK. Until next time.

If you love the flavor of cinnamon you will enjoy Cinnabon. This is a place that I grew up loving and enjoying eating at. But for some reason when I had this Cinnabon it wasn't as how I used to have it before! I don't feel like it has enough cinnamon in it. They are generous with the frosting but still, it just isn't as good as it use to be. The bun itself was also very dry and a little bit on the harder side so not sure if it was because it was too late or what the reason was. Kind of sad that it turned out that way. I wish it had the same taste and flavor as I remembered it used to be.

Terrible cinnabon. Staffs are lazy and slow. The cinnamon roll was tough and dry on the outside. You can probably enjoy more once you get to the center. The sugar and fat probably makes this product ok. Waste of 8 bucks. There were 3 staffs who were working and looks like mostly just standing arounds. No napkins on the counter and we had to ask for them. We were like 6ft apart but they refused to make eye contact. No seats either. You'll have to stand around eating.

Dry and flavorless. At this store they pressure you into buying extra frosting to compensate for their dry product. This brand used to be so good, another company giving into greed. Well done Cinnabon.

Came here on a Sunday around 8pm (listed closing at 9pm) and and they were already closed. Went to Voodoo Doughnuts instead.

CINNABONS ARE BURNT , Manager is rude , establishment is unclean. Zero stars if i could , but one star because the employee on the register and the employee boxing the Cinnabons while attempting to be helpful while manager roamed behind them doing nothing and whispering orders. I went in at 10:30pm ordered a four pack associate directed me to the last four pack in the corner by the door which looks stale and as if it was sitting there all day. I was informed by the employees that they are no longer selling four packs when I ask why the two employees looked at each other and they looked over at their manager Emily who then went to the back room. Associated in inform me I could buy four Cinnabons and he would charge me for the price of four which is almost $40 mind you , the pack of four is $22. I informed them how this was a huge inconvenience for me as I need four Cinnabons at the four pack price and did not understand why they were refusing to sell to me nor why the manager was not answering any questions as well. Ended up purchasing two Cinnamins. They were overcooked and not worth it. I have a year pass for universal and usually go to Ben & Jerry's or voodoo doughnuts. This will be the last time we come to this location as there are too many options around to receive horrible service and horrible desert. Manager (named Emily )of this location would do well from some personal development courses.

Walked in store at 22:43 ( 17 minutes before store closed). Not crowded like last time, less than 5 customers . Ordered 6pack from menu, 2 white cashiers told me ( I am Asian) I have to take the corner old cold box of 6 pack rolls . I don’t understand why they can not give me the fresh warm rolls from their table. They have at least 30 fresh baked rolls and it’s almost store closing time. What’s the point give customers old cold cinnamon rolls in the corner and then throw fresh warm ones to trash bin after store closed? I just don’t understand this logic. I have a 9 years old kid spent whole day at universal studios Hollywood and wanted warm rolls to eat. If this is during daytime store just opened or have 20 customers behind me waiting for individually warm rolls then totally make sense. You give customers nice warm rolls will help your businesses, they will come back buy more. Normal business way is sell warm fresh rolls to customers instead of throwing good ones to trash bin and force customers take cold ones.

I was hoping I'd catch them on a good day... walking in, the place just looks dirty and the Cinnabon's are just out on the counter looking stale like they've been there a good couple of hours... and they tasted exactly as they looked... I also ordered a small coffee and was give. Hot chocolate... the works also look miserable and annoyed..

Made the drive over and bought a 15 pack today. The whole batch is over cooked and dry. Disappointing

You can taste the freshness!!! A must have when in universal studios. The customers service is great and as sweet as their Cinnabons. Clean place and well kept. There is always a line but it moves fast. Get the box to go it's a great deal. Don't forget to ask for the extra frosting on the side. Consistent taste every time we've gone there. Pairs well with coffee (black) or milk. Can't wait to go back.
