Even if the “white gummi” classic smoothie was one of the best smoothies I have ever had, after reading the ingredients online and realizing that it’s full of toxic stuff known to be harmful and disrupt health, I wish I hadn’t gone.Avoid at all costs if you care about your health.

had a smoothie there and it was so great and refreshing. Very lovely employees too. I'd stop there and grab a ice cold fruit smoothie any time I visit Universal studios. You can bring the smoothie into the park no problem. And 10$ for a big smoothie is much better than any beverage options in the park

None of the people that work here know what they are doing and have horrible customer service skills. Every time I come here I'm so unimpressed by the staff. I only come here because I work close but I'm going to avoid it altogether just because it's not worth it. I think you guys need to train these people more.

Terrible service! I walked in at around 9:10am. Beverly asked if I was picking up and once I said no, she went to the back and started changing trash bags before taking my order. It took her about 5 minutes to get my order. Upon ordering the chunky strawberry bowl, I was told that they didn't have anything because they were out of toppings. I agreed with just granola and whatever good bananas they currently have. When I got my order, there were a ton of bananas which I'm sure a few were bad. At least throw the bad ones off before serving to a customer.

Very lazy and rude employees. The girls working looked as if it was a chore to help customers. I walked out because she said they couldn’t make any juices due to not having carrots. The girls blank stare not offering any suggestions of what to get instead was amazing!

Service was bad. I asked for a mango a go go cashier said they didn't have mango. Asked for an acai bowl he said they weren't doing bowls, only smoothies". Went for an apples and green & this is exactly what they gave me.

This is my favorite Jamba to come to my order is always ready before I even get there the employees are always very friendly and always make you smile specially Anto he is such an awesome employee and thank you for the mango lemonade sample it was delicious!
