Decent burgers for theme park food quality. Food can be pre ordered online and picked up upon arrival.

Yet another burger spot in Universal Studios. There is plenty of seating upstairs and if you go straight through to the room up the front, the decor there is much better. The burger was good and like every other place in this area overpriced.

Brilliant veggie burger. We could not resist eating here as Springfield is just so well done ? We had to queue but that is expected anywhere at peak lunch hours. Love the interior and there are simpsons episodes playing on TVs throughout! Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Great Veggie Burger!Kid-friendliness: Simpsons episode playing on TVs ?

The most awful service in any theme park. Never one to complain about service but no one in the restaurant cared at all. Our food took over 30 minutes and they definitely forgot about our order. Food was ok but when we expressed how long it took for the food to come the staff just responded with stares, didn’t even apologize and we wasted time that could be spent on rides.

Toughest, chewiest chicken I’ve ever had. Also pretty tasteless. Soggy, cold fries. All and all pretty disappointing quality and price.

If u ask for anything off of your burger it will be made last. Just order original and remove the items or you will be waiting

Stay away! Unless you like tasteless super hard crunchy burgers. My husband and friend really wanted to eat here, being they are Simpson fans. It was really busy and chaotic. There were SO many burgers lined up ready to go, yet the wait was ridiculous. The poor staff seemed to be super confused as to what was going on as the line grew bigger and bigger. They were not calling numbers in sequential order. It was confusing as ever trying to get your order you get sodas from one side burgers from another. That made no sense. We finally got our food after waiting about 20 min. My friends took even longer. Again... the burgers are there, so why such a long wait? The fries were OK. Typical French fry nothing special. The burger bun was like a rock. When I tapped on it, it crumbled. So gross. I took a few bites and about got sick. I felt terrible the rest of the day after eating this burger. The burger patty itself was a strange consistency. NOT good. And not to mention the obscene prices! Waste of money, try a different place in the park. The one star is for the atmosphere. It was set up really cute. We sat at Moe's bar because there was nowhere else to sit. They had a cute cartoon looking TV playing Simpson episodes.

Very delicious food and an incredible themed atmosphere, the burgers 10/10, highly recommended, especially if you are a fan of the Simpsons.

Hard to explain, isn’t the best burgers on a theme park, but at the same time isn’t that bad, sure drinks are a trap, sure is crowded, but considering the prices of the park, this is not a pricey place to eat. Surely the atmosphere is way better than the burgers.

Solid burger spot in the Simpsons part of universal studios. Line moves pretty quick for how many people are there and you can order online ahead of time. They have a vegetarian option and several beer choices so a bit more varied than you'd expect. Seating can be tough to find but they do have an expensive upstairs.

Four burgers ? and 4 drinks was $97. Worth the ?? Nope. Worth the experience? Yep. We're Simpson's fans, so totally worth it. The burger has some kind of thousand islandy dressing on it. I would hold off.
