Daughter and I visited here, we got some pins, boba tea and macarons. She really loved it here and the macarons were very good as well as the boba teas. Will come back next time we come to visit!

Not the best boba I've ever had, but it wasn't terrible. Maybe it was just the flavor I selected, but it had a weird aftertaste. And the straw they gave you made it difficult to get the bobas through.

I got thai tea boba. It was ok. The boba was a bit "hard", not really good compared to other boba stores. Their staffs are friendly and quick although the store is busy all time.

The coffee here is so good. I love the haupia coffee! It's so rare to find that on the mainland. The last time I came here was late November 2023 and I didn't have any issues with the coffee but I realized when I got to the parking lot that I had left my sunglasses there. When I walked back to the location, come to find out the young lady told me she gave my $500 Versace sunglasses away to someone else. I'll miss the coffee but I can't in good conscience support a business that just carelessly gives away customer's property.

The staff was nice but the drink was terrible. We ordered a passionfruit tea, it tasted like water wth passionfruit jam. Do not waste your money!

It was quite a busy day when I walked into this place. There was a long line of customers, an order or two were waiting, and one of the people spilt their drink on the floor. A passing glance at the other side of the counter would show you why there was notable traffic. There would be another person helping her out, but there was mainly only one worker holding the front. I don't know her name, but she had a rose parade and stormtrooper pins on her apron - Gravity Falls too. She helped clean the spill for the customer before disappearing into the back to assist her manager. She rushed back to the front immediately to get drinks finished for the others before taking 3 more orders. All of this happened in the span of less than 5 minutes. A worker like that should not be taken for granted nor should she go unrewarded. She looked tired. Just one more thing: thanks for the sunset strawberry lemonade

If your at city walk, definitely stop by for some drinks and dessert. We went in around 9pm on a Saturday night. The place itself is not that big but they do have a few seating spots inside. They have a menu against the wall with a variety of drink and food options. They have milk teas, matcha, ice cream, macaroons, and flan. They are also currently offering a pumpkin spice Thai tea for the season, which is a must! Everything we ordered we loved, all the flavors were on point. My only issue and the reason for 4/5 stars is that they were out of a lot of things. My husband wanted flan, they were out. Also no boba, no vanilla ice cream. That's quite a lot to be out of on a sat. Something management should plan better. So we got the ice cream sandwich with mini monster ice cream and pistachio macaroon. Honestly it was really good, I was even surprised, because I don't normally like ice cream sandwiches. It wasn't too sweet and the macaroon had a perfect consistency. My pumpkin Thai tea was also very delicious, would order it again. Price was fair, about $20 for 3 items.

The drink was ok however I came here for the reusable jar and I’m so disappointed that they stopped having the jar and replacing with the ugly generic light bulb jar that I could get at any milk tea spot in the bay. If you’re coming here for the old cute jar they used to have primarily, I would not recommend visiting. It might be harsh to have one star however I’m allowed to reflect my disappointment through this review. If you’re here for a sweet drink then you won’t be disappointed in that aspect.

Worst service ever I was just asking the girl taking my order if she could tell me the flavor of an specific macaron that was visible and she answer whit “oh babe for the flavors they are up there ( referring to the menu on the wall , you would have to read them”
