Why do I make the mistake of giving this company my hard earned money only to want the "food" to leave my mouth as soon as I put it in. The chicken is an approximation, the orange chicken just syrup over battered something. The mixed veg were OK, but the rest went in the bin, which is not only a waste of money, but food too. I pity any American that might get confused and think this is anything like Chinese cuisine.

Today my friend and I received an awful an unexpected experience at PE # 0530 Universal Studios. We spent $25.08 for two orders and I don't drink soda and or artificial flavors. I ask the cashier if they can provide me with a cup for water (as all other restaurants do), they told me on a direct way "we don't have water" even though the water dispenser at the soda machine was available. I asked again, "may a get a cup for water, you do have water available" they told me "if you want to talk to my manager, but he will tell you the same answer". I asked to the mananger by third time, "can I get a courtesy cup of water?" He said "we can't". I need a response ASAP or I'll open a complaint to the LA Department of Public Health.

Manager at weeknights is rude and has racially motives towards me and my family, funny she her self is a minority but yet she treat us with bias unhelpful intent. Bottom line I just want everyone to be aware bigotry exist at this particular establishment ,as for this female manager I hope you find yourself a new career beside customer service may I suggest janitorial, custodian,or zoo keeping line of work just away from people as much as possible.

This place is a disgrace to Panda express. I understand we are inside universal studio and dont mind paying $16 for a single entree but atleast dont serve cold food and then when they swapped for somewhat warm food they served us burned fried rice. Kitchen needs to get their stuff together. If your ripping people off atleast have the food half ways decent.

I would give most Panda Expresses 3 stars because they are ok if you really want Chinese food and there's no other options. However this location gets 2. The food itself was somewhat ok. However my wife got sick after eating it. I didn't have any. The portions were also less than other Panda Express locations but maybe that was a good thing. I didn't take a picture but should have. Definitely not ever coming back to this location.

For whatever reason (other than panda being absolutely delicious) we always stop by to grab something from here even if we're sharing. We always come to CityWalk for some kind of event and we walk around a lot. This hits the spot every time probably because of the amount of walking we do! This time we were here for the Nintendo Kirby and the Forgotten Lands pop up event and had to kill a few hours before we could get in line so we grabbed a bigger plate to share and it was perfect. Everything was cooked perfectly as usual and the servings were just as they should be (not too little like some places or when new workers don't know how to stuff the plates). We got our money's worth. They're almost always busy but it goes by quick! IG: @ammysalamii
