This restaurant is unquestionably one of the most pleasant restaurants in the region. Always when I come to this place I am absolutely satisfied. They manage their very high standard service and the topmost level of dishes they give. You no doubt will love this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Shrimp Alfredo tasted soupy and the most horrible tasting shrimp I ask for the shrimp to be cooked well done it came bock other than tne customer's request. A horrible experience never will I reccomend to anyone are dine there again.

The chicken alfredo was more like chicken noodle soup. so I exchanged it for a pulled pork sandwich, was spicy and the pork was in big chunks NOT shredded like the pulled pork I'm used to. and to add insult to injury, they tried to charge me for both until we talked with the manager!

Customer service need to be improved. After we paid our check, my senior dad needed to use the bathroom. But the waiter wanted us to leave immediately . The waiter told us in our face ' Many people are waiting outside.' This is so rude. Starting from sitting down to paying our check was only about 1 hours . I understand this is a tourist place and people are waiting outside . But this is not a cheap and fast food place. The restaurant should not expect customers come and go.

After a tiring day we stopped in at Tony Roma’s for dinner. Food was good, service was great thanks to Karon.
Cant say enough about the service it's just the food that sucks. A lot of the old favourite things on the menu are gone. The bbq sauce tasted funky, the bbq beans were not that good at all and too damn sweet. My kids burgers were very plain at best. Coming in at more than a C note ( for 4) for food that grossed me out an hour later, ya no thanks....

Had lunch yesterday with my mother and even though the server was nice, the service was not very good. We wanted to have a few drinks before eating but we waited so long (wasn't even busy, it was only about 2or so) for the drinks we we're already finished with the appetizer. My baby back ribs were super dry, I couldn't even eat them. The bread was burnt!! Who the hell serves burnt bread?? The server didn't even ask if we wanted more drinks.
