I like some of the managers here, some of them are very nice. There food is nice and warm and it tastes really good. The GM is nice to, the crew is nice and some even gave me a good smile.

The burritos are always delicious and fresh tasting, lately after the minimum wage hike the burrito seems to be half the size and also about 8% more in cost. The service at the store also could be better. I asked to buy a Mexican Coke at the pickup window and they told me that I have to go inside to buy it when they could have just walked right over to the register and let me pay for it. Will not be back.

I will give them credit after their last poor inspection they are keeping the place cleaner. But the poor angry attitude is disturbing even when you go in saying hi how are you smiling etc the staff can barely look at you and grunt. It's too bad because this location is the closest to me. But it looks like I'm goi g to have to go further just to get some good vibes. Is it a requirement to work here that you have to act like you hate life? Chipotle you can do better.

Extremely disappointed with this location. It says you close at 10 pm and your doors are locked by 9:30 pm.

**FOOD POISONING ALERT** My wife stopped and grabbed me a chicken burrito from this location last night 3/17/24 I ended up with very bad food poisoning this morning. Will never be returning to this chipotle location.

The location of this gives some beautiful scenery sights around LA. Especially the hills and mountains. I wonder why I didn't take pictures. Maybe because the food was so good ?. Try it out if you are in the area.

They served us 2 burrito bowls that are SOUR! I ate a quarter and threw it away. This is the second one.. the first one, they served me a burrito bowl without lettuce. I’m done with this branch.

Great food. My burrito did break during preparation, but the workers asked if I wanted another one or was ok with a double tortilla. It would be cool if chipotle partnered with Doritos to have Doritos as a sideVegetarian options: You always have the option to add meat to your dish but you can always just skip it.

Never eaten a bad meal here. Love the chipotlane! Makes the drive thru experience so easy .. order ahead and no waiting! Highly recommend.

This location is horrible. We've tried several times. Not well stocked, stops cooking very early, skimpy portions and sad bowls and burritos. We live very near and drive to Upland or La Verne instead. Skip this one.

I want to like this place, I really do. I've given them multiple opportunities to do better. It's so close to my house and so convenient to get to; but after day I'm officially giving up on this location. Let me explain a few reasons why. 1. The kitchen is a disaster. Counters and floor are full of food.2. They scraped the bottom of their serving containers to serve my chicken (so I got burned crispy pieces) and tasteless guacamole (that had slices of lettuce mixed in). Why? 3.The chips are almost always stale. Don't ask me why I keep buying them. 4. The fresh salsa had no flavor. 5. Restroom was dirty. 6. The workers look stressed and unhappy. They seriously need to consider replacing their manager there. It's so sad.

This was my favorite Chipotle for a long time, but recently it has not been the same. Today was the third or fourth time my order was incorrect and not tasty. The last time it was incorrect it was missing 3 items, I attempted to contact the store and was directed to share the concern online. The response was offered by a self-identified bot who offered me a free drink, not a replacement of the meal. Tonight, my husband's burrito was 1/3 of the size of a typical burrito, the rice was, hard, guacamole had no flavor, and the chips were stale. I am so disappointed! I was grateful to have had good food with easy pick up for so long, but that is not what is currently offered.
