Finally!!! Hawtest cookies & ice spot to hit the IE... My gf is absolutely obsessed with their brownies... those are something special indeed!! There ice cream.... psssh, what a smooth, creamy, delightful experience! Even when it melts (believe it or not) once you place back into your freezer.... It STILL retains its smooth creaminess. WOW! I am truly infatuated with this place, and I can not wait until they'll come out with NEW NEW flavors.

Been here a couple times and both times was a pleasant experience. I've tried the white chocolate chip macadamia and it was amazing !!!! The strawberry cookie is also very delicious! I really appreciate the fact that they warm up the cookies . Also it's pretty cool that Friday and Saturday they have a pop up coffee shop !! Can't go wrong with coffee and cookies. Good 10/10 Service 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10

I'm a sweets type of person . I grabbed the cookies and cream cookie and Omg I'm in love !! Every time I'm in town I always make sure to grab a cookie or two to go . The cookie is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside I like how it's thick as well

This place was amazing! The quality of the ice cream is very fresh. The employee working there was super friendly and made our experience 10 times better!! He told us that the milk comes from a local dairy farm, which is why it tastes so good! Highly recommend the brown sugar oatmeal cookie with vanilla ice cream!

Stopped by one afternoon with a friend to grab some ice cream. Inside is pretty bare, but they do have a plant wall which was pretty, but tried to buy one and it's a third party vendor who only took cash. Unfortunately I didn't have cash so I couldn't purchase anything. The guy working at the shop was really friendly and helpful since it was my first time there. Ordered the cookies and cream and my friend got a brownie and vanilla with caramel and chocolate sauce. Mine had a chocolate chip cookie and I wasn't too impressed by it. The cookie felt a bit dry and not as chocolatey as I would have liked. But the brownie was amazing! And the vanilla ice cream with toppings was good too. I would give this place another try, but probably skip the cookies. Also, there is no seating so just be mindful of that.

Parking: Nearby street parking Ambience: Small shop that kind of looks like it's still partly undergoing renovations, but cutely decorated and welcoming! No seating available, but you can grab your treats and walk around / window shop outside as it's in downtown Upland Service: A bit slow since there was only one person managing everything, but he was very friendly and helpful, treating everyone with patience and consideration when explaining the different options available :) Taste: Got the mini double chocolate chip, which was just the perfect size and was wonderfully decadent. Given the quantity, I was able to finish it before it became too overwhelmingly sweet. Great place for dessert!

I've been wanting to check this place out for a while now. Walked in and it's a cute spot, very quiet inside. I decided to go with the Mexican hot chocolate cookie and the brown sugar oatmeal. I tried them in the car as soon as I walked out and unfortunately won't be back. These cookies are VERY dry. I get that not all cookies are super chewy or doughy, some are more of a crunchy style of cookie. But these were burnt on the bottom. Hard. And no moisture even in the middle. Even the chocolate chips were hard inside from being overcooked. The cookies were also very lightly flavored, it tasted like a very mild chocolate chip cookie, no Abuelita type flavor and the oatmeal didn't taste anything like an oatmeal cookie, just like a tad sweet vanilla cookie dough. Maybe great for some, just not my cup of tea with my experience. I also thought warming up cookies that are costly would have been a nice thing to offer to customers.

Wonderful little ice cream shop. Came here with my wife and toddler couple of days ago and enjoyed a cool treat on a hot day. Reasonably priced and the flavors where spot on! We will be back.

Hanging out in downtown Upland, I decided to hit up this spot and give it a shot. Their ice cream is pre-packaged, but the cookies and cream ice cream that I had wasn't bad at all.The ice cream was creamy, and the cookie chunks were present throughout. Not pictured here was a peanut butter cup cookie that I had which I liked more. Service was whatever. I did mention that it was my first time, but aside from answering my question about what was the most popular ice cream, there wasn't really much suggestion or explanation on the other flavors.Overall, the ice cream was alright and the cookie was better. There's no place to sit inside, so ambience is non-existent. You'll either have to post up on the bench outside or just walk around.Would I try again? Sure, if I'm in the area. As a first impression, I'd say it's closer to 3.5 stars as meh/whatever...not exceptional. I'd say Scoops on Tap in Covina definitely tops this spot if you're willing to make the drive. Afters and Handel's top out the other two spots to round out my top three personally.
