I went two days ago, and they made me wait for someone to clean my table. It was terribly disgusting, napkins everywhere and spills on floor. I also ordered a cheeseburger and waited almost 45 minutes for it. And even so it came out like this, disgusting.

I'm super loyal to this spot! I'm hooked on their Breakfast Burritos with egg, cheese and avocado. Their salsa is legitimately fresh too. They're reasonably priced and the manager (don't know her name), is super-kind. Side-note, they're also LGBTQ+ friendly which is super-meaningful in a place like Upland where this kind of tolerance is rare.

Food was great HOWEVER, the customer service is very poor. The girl working the window had a bad attitude . They missed cheese on a cheeseburger and gave me attitude when I asked them to add it and then I came home and noticed they missed a fry. My first time here and I won't be coming bad. Customer service is everything. I would suggest the owner get rid of the high school kids and hire some workers that actually care about making a pay check. Did some research. Looks like a lot of people have the same complaint about the skinny girl with dark hair and funky nails. Get rid of her!

I stop by from time to time to get a burger. Burgers are okay not the greatest. This morning though I tried their breakfast burrito and they didn't even present it as a burrito some old lady was cooking and all she did was throw the filling onto the tortilla and fold it like a taco. The audacity to call it a burrito. It was very bland even with there salsa that's literally just ketchup. I ordered an egg and cheese burrito with onion and potatoes I got 1 or 2 pieces of potatoes. It was a weak a$$ burrito. Not worth it at all.
